Leider wurde mir die Freude auf dieses besondere Hotel durch einen unfreundlichen Empfang und den sturen, wenig lösungsorientierten Umgang der Mitarbeiter vollständig genommen.

Cons:

Nach einer langen Geschäftsreise an einem heißen Tag freut man sich auf einen freundlichen Empfang und ein Hotel, in dem man sich willkommen fühlt. Leider war das hier nicht der Fall.

Über Booking.com wurde mir ein Upgrade angeboten. Dadurch fiel jedoch der von mir ursprünglich gebuchte Ausblick weg. Als ich wieder ein Zimmer mit diesem Ausblick wollte, musste ich 30 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen. Damit war das Upgrade für mich keine Verbesserung, sondern eine Enttäuschung.

Besonders negativ war der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde. Der hinzugezogene Vorgesetzte zeigte keinerlei Verständnis, bestand auf der Zahlung und drehte sich grinsend um, als ich sagte, dass ich das nicht akzeptiere.

So geht man aus meiner Sicht nicht mit Gästen um.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Kalkflecken an der Duschwand, Fliesen und Fugen waren dreckig

The brealfast Was awful the bacon was burbt to a crisp , i had to eat my cornflakess out of a cup because there were no bowls to use ,when i asked for one the women said theya re all being washed

Cons:

Sauna broke , buikding sites all round the place ,spice and heroin addicts everywhere ,breakfast qasnt value gor money staff were grumpy and didnt really show care and hospitality to guests
