Sanierung ok - aber dann Service inkl. Frage nach upgrade nicht gut

Kulanterweise hat mir das Hotel meine Parkgebühren für die Tiefgarage erlassen.

Cons:

Hotel wird im laufenden Betrieb saniert, was auch bekannt gemacht wurde. Es gibt schon mind. obere 2 Etagen, welche bereits fertig saniert sind und vermietet werden - diese Option wurde uns nicht angeboten. Unser Zimmer war echt
nicht ansprechend - Sauberkeit im Bad sowie Schmutz auf Polstern und Boden ... etc.
Ich habe das Hotel in FFM schon mindestens 10 mal vorher gebucht und war bis dahin immer zufrieden.
Kulanterweise hat mir das Hotel meine Parkgebühren für die Tiefgarage erlassen.
Frühstück war katastrophal - fast alles leer - mussten um Nachschub bitten... Butter, Brötchen, Kaffeeautomat rief auch nach Service ;-(

Very happy with the location, service and features like swimming pool and bag storage.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and well equipped. The kitchenette had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning could have been cooler.
