Good location! Must stay after the renovation completion.
Pros:

The property is undergoing renovation which was informed by the hotel. The location is convenient and is surrounded by many restaurants closeby.

Cons:

The accommodation was booked for 3 people and one additional guest added later on via booking.com message.The staff at the hotel had no clue about it .
And the bedding was not setup for 4 people initially. Later on, it was setup.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 4 erw. gebucht. Zimmer war um 22Uhr nicht vorbereitet. Wir haben 40 min am Rezeption angerufen, niemand hat geantwortet, als wir unten gegangen sind, die beide mitarbeiter haben gesprochen und garnicht an telefon gegangen. Dann haben die 2 betten ins zimmer gebracht und wir hatten keine platz zum laufen von eine seite zum andere. Die haben gesagt es gibt keine badeschuhe, keine bademantel…. Einfach KATASTROPHE.

Cons:

NOONE informed us before the reservation that the Hotel is under construction. It was not written in the booking.com and we faced the dust, the noise only after our arrival. I'm very disappointed how the hotel/booking.com treated our reservation.

Pros:

Местоположение- отличное! В номере есть всё необходимое.

Cons:

Ковровые покрытия - грязные, в пятнах.
Уборка раз в 3 дня, и не даже мыло не наполнили.
За день до заезда сообщили по имейлу, что в гостинице ведутся ремонтные работы и прислали время, с утра до вечера.

החדר היה מלוכלך. הושארה מאפרה במרפסת מלאה בבדלי סיגריות מה שמעיד על ניקוי לקוי. הכספת היתה נעולה כשהגענו ולמרות שפנינו בבוקר שיפתחו אותה גם בהעדרנו, כשחזרנו הכספת היתה עדיין נעולה.
