Pros:

Very nice breakfast, the room is big. The hotel staff is very polite, helpful & sincerely. I enjoy in this hotel and will come again

Cons:

The hotel location is little bit far away from the MTR, it needs to take time around 10-15 minutes for walking

Pros:

Funcionários super simpaticos e prestáveis, e na recepção quase todos falavam inglês contribuindo assim para que a nossa estadia fosse bastante agradável. Sylvia Li foi de um cuidado e simpatia extrema e sempre pronta para ajudar com o que precisassemos. Pequeno almoço bastante variado e de optima qualidade. Posso até dizer, dos melhores que tenho visto. Quarto espaçoso e limpo.

Cons:

Man sollte dem personal zumindest english beibringen, es ist nicht so angenehm in einem so schönen hotel zu sein, wo das personal 0 english kann.
Und Käse und Zucker sollten sie im frühstücksbuffet anbieten, den menschen aus aller welt kommen zu besuch und finden sich beim frühstück zumindest bei diesen sachen wieder.

Alles in einem war es ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Personal spricht 0 english, das sollte man wirklich ändern.
Das ist ein allgemeines Problem in China, aber für ein Hotel sollte zumindest eine Person pro Schicht english spreche n können.

Brilliant luxury hotel for a short stay in Shenzen
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in every respect. Wonderful room with everything thoughtfully set out. Spacious, airy, modern. Worth 5* rating if in UK or Europe

Cons:

Tiny point is the limited drinks selection available in the bar

Good Experience for first visit to Shenzhen
Pros:

Breakfast generous. Rooms are comfortable, well decorated, and clean. No complaints at all. I would stay there again. The views overlooking the park and city were lovely! We felt safe and welcome. Not a close walk to the train station, however, Didi or taxi was able to drive us right up to the front door. Room was a comfortable temperature and we could set the thermostat as needed.We booked two rooms for a family of four.
