Large apartment, well equipped. Good location.

Cons:

Despite the expensive rate, the apartment was not cleaned daily (not even every other day). The breakfast servers were always asking to pay breakfast from an extra person, although we paid it for the entire period when we arrived.

Michel and Hoai at reception were very welcoming and heloful.

Cons:

The dryer in the room did not work well, but the hotel staff looked after our washing needs exceedingly well.

Ottima posizione, mezzi pubblici a 10m che ti portavano ovunque!
Le camere erano molto grandi e con spazi vivibili.
Lavatrice + asciugatrice fanno la differenza!

Cons:

Il letto del divano letto era un po' rotto ma si sono prodigati dopo due solleciti.
Eravamo una famiglia di 6 persone, avevamo prenotato due camere ma ce le hanno date un po' agli antipodi

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent room. Very roomy and clean. So comfortable. Close to the train station and to trams and buses. Our room had a kitchenette but I am not sure all rooms have that. We could open the windows if we chose to. Roomy bathroom with counters. Nice shower. Nice staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The bathtub was tall and rather narrow. Had a towel heater but it would not turn on. And as always, with every hotel, I could not watch TV since I didnt know how to translate to English. Also I could not cast my phone to the TV although I tried. But im not good at that sort of thing.

Valeu muito a pena. Quarto e banheiro grande e cama extremamente confortável!
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, peguei um que é tipo uma mini apartamento, com uma salinha e quarta, tamanho ótimo, banheiro em um bom tamanho cama EXTREMAMENTE CONFORTÁVEL, gostei demais do conforto do quarto!

Cons:

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Apenas a recepção do hotel que é mais simples, eles poderiam fazer uma reforma mas isso apenas um detalhe sem importância, apenas estético. O quarto que fiquei foi ótimo!
