الموقع ممتاز وقريب من محطة المطار

Cons:

الخدمات ليست بالمستوى المطلوب، لا ترجد خدمة بعد الساعة 12 صباحا، لم يتم تنظيف الغرفه ابدا طوال 3 ايام اقامة، النظافة 4/10 لا يوجد مياه ومناديل كافيه

Economy stay
Pros:

The rooms are quite cozy, there is a washer and dryer, and the service is pleasant.

Cons:

very strange smell in the corridors. There is a swimming pool, but with very cold water, and it has no private space or a person taking care of this area,anyone from the hotel can come and just spend time near the pool with all their clothes or belongings. Also there is a lack of cleanliness or maybe it is time to change the carpets in the room, because they have old stains. The location is also not very good.

Alles sehr sauber und großzügig...fühlte mich willkommen.....im Appartment 717 fehlte es an nichts

Cons:

Zimmer 717: Die blende am kopfende des bettes hat immer geknarrt, wenn ich mich auf dem Bett im Schlaf umgedreht habe.....läßt sich bestimmt beheben...

Hotelbar war schon früh geschlossen....trotz Samstagabend

Es war schön ruhig und ich konnte mein Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer nehmen um zu arbeiten.
Pros:

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption.

Cons:

2 Reinigungskräfte waren nicht so freundlich. Es könnte ein Smart TV im Zimmer sein.

Pros:

広くて、清潔だった。駅からも遠くないし、近くにベーカリーカフェもある。トラムとバスの乗り場も近くて観光にも便利。スタッフの対応がとても良かった。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が少し弱かった。洗濯機は部屋によっては設置されていないが、徒歩10分ほど行けばコインランドリーがある。コンロも部屋によって付いていないが、グリル機能のある電子レンジがあり、温めたり焼いたりすることはできる。

Une très bonne adresse
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, par rapport à la gare (accessible en 10 mn à pied), aux transports et aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Berlin.
Personnel charmant. Petits déjeuners excellents et variés. Magnifique piscine intérieure.
Appartement spacieux, bien organisé et très propre.

Un Hotel que recomiendo al 100%
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia. El desayuno variado y la ubicación es ideal. Muy cerca de la estación central, de la cual puedes moverte por todo Berlin.

Gut für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin
Pros:

Tolle Lage, fußläufig zum Bahnhof.
Das Hotel bietet einen Indoor-Pool und eine kleine Sauna.
Frühstück ( von uns nicht genutzt) kann für 23,- € p.P. separat gebucht werden, Bäckerei für Selbstversorger befindet sich ca. 30 m auf der Ecke Invalidenstr.
Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schon sehr " abgewetzt"
Die Küchenzeile besteht aus Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spüle. Es finder sich ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher. Eine Kanne, in der man Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten kann ist auch nicht vorhanden. Herdplatte ( z.B. um mal Nudeln zu kochen oder morgens ein Ei) ist nicht (!) vorhanden, auch ein Backofen ( um Brötchen aufzubacken) fehlt.
Die Küchenzeile entspricht somit in keinster Weise den Erwartungen an ein Apartment, das habe ich schon vielfach besser angetroffen.
Subjektiv, aber für mich nicht wirklich angenehm: Düstere braune Wandfarbe. Wohlfühlen geht anders.
