Location was convenient to Stratford, and the view was pretty.
The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, food was overpriced, and you hear every other guest any time they moved.
The food was very nice
There was no hot water for the entire stay. They knew this was the case when I checked in, but failed to inform me. It wasn't until I went to take a shower that I discovered this. The plug in the basin leaked, so didn't hold water, so I couldn't even use that. They promised to contact me to discuss compensation, but I have heard nothing from them
We only had breakfast in the hotel which was very reasonable for the price, especially seems it was added at a nominal fee as an upgrade.

My shower water was completely cold at 6.30am.
I reported this to the staff, also by email to the hotel info address and received no response other than from the waiter during breakfast who said he had got water in the kitchen and he would 'look into it'
Very disappointed y the lack of response from the Hotel management. I have stayed here numerous times over the past year but will now have to find another Hotel in the area. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Food was out of this world, both evening meal and breakfast. Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

Shower was cold. Not sure why. When mentioned the person in charge couldn’t have been more helpful immediately finding a room with a working shower with hot water. Really lovely and helpful customer service.

Room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped blinds wer broken, bathroom steps wer dangerous with no handrail, no hot water, breakfast and service poor.
I found the room clean and comfortable. I had the same room I had stayed in before. The breakfast was delicious.
The stairs were very narrow and steep. I struggled to get myself and the suitcase upstairs.

Lovely place, very welcoming staff and will do anything to help. The food was beautiful, very well kept cosy setting.
Bed was uncomfortable, definitely needs to invest in some new mattresses. The water was only just warm in the shower, ok if you like a cold shower. And noisy air conditioning unit right below our window. The room became quite stuffy and warm, I woke up to open windows and then had to cope with the noise, not the best nights sleep I’ve had.
