Great two nights stay during the game fair this year. Fabulous food and great staff.
Pros:

Food was fabulous, staff were very helpful and during the heatwave we had two aircon units .. location for the game fair was perfect and very reasonably priced. Dogs welcome and cocktails are excellent!!!!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely room, very comfortable, staff were friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing.

Cons:

Layout of the rooms was slightly odd, took us a while to find our room.

Pleasant bus sleepless

Convenient in a nice location, staff and facilities good

Cons:

We were in a room next to the main road and with it being warm needed the window open and was very noisy from the traffic from main road all through the night.

It was excellent, would go there again. But avoid the music being played on the Sunday evening ...
Pros:

The ambience of the extremely old Inn was superb. As for the Indian meal on the Sunday evening, just excellent!

Cons:

The people playing music for fun on the Sunday evening in the bar, mainly sea-shanties and such music; a recorder, accordions, flutes and more. People having a good time with their friends, probably do that most weekends. Good for them. But it was just awful. Two hours of a screeching noise, most of the songs just the same and it was a "head in hands" moment when they started the next one. Earplugs required for the other guests might be a good idea...

Good large Country pub in village good rooms and car park quiet late evening with varied menu

Good food available till 9.30pm night of arrival, breakfast if you wished following am Country pub small village outside

Muy acogedor y muy amables
Pros:

La atención del chico a primera hora de la mañana fue excelente. Muy Buen desayuno. El edificio es precioso y con encanto. Habitación cómoda y muy completa. Tiene también un pub y zona exterior. Me dio pena no quedarme más días pero lo tenían completo.

Cons:

No reciben los mensajes en el momento. Quisimos comunicar que llegábamos después de la hora del cierre del check in ( me di cuenta de la hora tope demasiado tarde, culpa mía) pero nadie lo leyó y tampoco cogieron el tfn. Es algo a tener en cuenta para avisarles con antelación suficiente. Pero después fueron muy amables.

Pros:

A wonderful country pub stay. The staff were friendly and the meals were excellent. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway from the rear car park entry needs to be replaced. The cleaning of the bathrooms could have been better.
