Pancake machine was out of service. Ran out of cinnamon rolls which is the whole reason i picked where we stayed. Staff was wonderful. Very clean facility

Avoid like the plague

Location is right beside a supposed church which blasts music so loud that you can’t clearly hear the TV! And it goes late into the night making it impossible to sleep! Reception does not care and are not professional about the issue.

Checkin was a disaster. I was called 2 hours before checkin to tell me to go out to eat before checking in. They had not planned staffing properly for a ‘sold out night’ the night before which ended up not being sold out. No apologies, just excuses. I was not the only one done this way as 4 other men came in asking about their rooms. I overheard them as I was allowed in but told I would need to wait outside for at least 30 more minutes to checkin.

I was then given a room in which the air conditioner did not work and had to be repaired and the shower made a puddle creating a hazard. There was constant hall noise though I was at the end of the hallway.

Complete waste of money!

Great place to stay.
Pros:

From the moment I arrived til I checked out was wonderful.
The lobby was clean and Inviting and I was welcomed by a very nice lady.
My room was clean ( everywhere I checked). Lol.
I walked the hotel over and there were laundry rooms, very clean pool area, and small gym.
Breakfast was served each morning and was good.
Property was clean and maintained.
I'd stay here again if I were to be up there to stay.
If you get bored there is a movie theater next door and dining not far down the road.

75.00 hold on Credit Card at checkin

The facility & rooms are clean , nice , comfortable; the area is safe & has lots of dining choices; checkin was easy & young man was personable & helpful; he did ask for a credit card on file for incidentals ( we prepaid with 3rd party ) , and assured me the 75.00 would be returned at checkout…BE AWARE…it will take 7- 12 days to be reversed. Breakfast was ok & coffee was good; morning front desk staff was grumpy ; I let her know the coffee was out in the breakfast area , and she huffed over to find the breakfast staff , like she was totally annoyed…
We were thankful for a comfortable, clean bed after a long day of travel , but will not be staying here again…

Clean , bright & comfortable!

Stayed one night on our way home to TN ;
The young man at check in was exceptional; the room was large , clean ; nice bright decor ; nice bathroom & comfortable bed ; breakfast & coffee were good ; morning front desk staff was a bit grumpy; elevator was slow , but was a lovely facility & restful stay !
