The worst experience
Pros:

I booked a room at this hotel while driving back from Miami International Airport to my home in Tampa. I had just picked up my elderly mother who had returned from an international trip and had been traveling for over 13 hours. Because she was extremely tired, I did not want to drive the full distance home, so I booked a room around 9:00 PM to rest halfway through the trip.
When we arrived at the hotel around midnight, there was no one at the front desk. I followed the instructions posted and called the number provided, which connected me to a call center. After waiting on hold, they contacted the manager on duty (either Cristal Mendoza or Courtney).
When the manager finally got on the phone, they were rude and immediately said we could not check in. There was no attempt to listen or offer any assistance. I tried to explain that I had been driving for hours and was traveling with my elderly mother who had just completed a 13-hour international flight. I also stressed that it was late and unsafe for me to continue driving another three hours while exhausted.
Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. There was no effort to help or provide any reasonable solution.
To make matters worse, it has now been almost a month and I still have not received a refund for the room that we were never able to use.
This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been
Pros:

Location is the only thing I like

Cons:

Extremely dirty, never cleaned after previous guests, there were some liquid spilled all over the furniture, dirty towels on the floor behind the door, lots of broken things, blinds were broken and didn’t work. Absolutely disgusting

Unnecessary evil
Pros:

Cons:

Chemical smell in room despite using air fresheners, ventilation incentive candles refrigerator looks like it was rescued from flood damage all plumbing equipment, barely works. Shower and faucets are inches away from complete failure like stepping back into the early 80s.

I will never stay at this location again unless it is either demolished or renovated.
Pros:

The price and location were good. I prefer your other extended stay locations in Ft. Myers.

Cons:

The rooms were old and filthy, dusty, hair everywhere, stains all over the walls, etc. Beds were loud and mattress was paper thin.

Never again.
Pros:

Nothing, it felt like an abandoned building that’s not been taking care for a long time.

Cons:

I paid for just to stay overnight. When I entered the room all the room was clean but it have an intense smell of stagnant urine. Just the moment my family and I entered the room we start coughing not stop because of the smell. We need to find another place to stay because that one was unbearable and we could get sick of it. I reported the safety issue and the staff told me that they will refund the money and the they after they disappeared.
