We booked a connection room. It was good size. Very clean and the bathroom was quite big. With a perfect size living room

The staff on last day said we couldn’t do late check out because it’s fully booked. But the day before I asked the lady staff and she asked me to come in the morning to make payment for late check out. The staff was a male staff in the morning he told me I can give you a dirty room. You can stay there till 5pm. Yes he said that and I was so upset and asking how can he treat me this way. I’m paying Rm150 to extend till 5pm and he dare to tell me he will give me dirty room. After lots of arguments. He got a room for us. I don’t know how magically it appeared because at first he said he was fully booked. When I check online it says room available. He kept lieing and I don’t know what’s the issue with him. Since I’m paying for the late check out there is no reason for him to do this and even treat a customer this way.

Do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing. Staff are rude, cooling system not working, bed smell in bathroom. Wifi week and sometime no internet. Too much outside noise. I had stayed in Oakwood in thailand but its not like that.

Mensonges et non respect des prestations promises.
Cons:

L'hotel devait prendre en charge les tranferts aéroport-hotel-aéroport et a refusé de le faire prétextant que cela était la responsabilité et a la charge de Booking.com qui, contacté par nous, n'a pas trouvé de solution pour nous rembourser ces couts !!!
