We have a very relaxing time at this hotel in a very spacious room on one of the top floors. S
Pros:

The room was spacious and great. The facilities were good. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist

Cons:

It just a little further away from the main malls and shops than expected. We used Grab one o get about which worked fine.

Cons:

Top floor room was too warm, lift without aircon too warm, i could not prepay my touch and go parking fees for my whole stay, which meant I had to go to reception every day and queue.

Pros:

La piscina es estupenda y muy grande. Dispone de otra pequeña ideal para los que viajamos con niños.
La habitación es espaciosa y las zonas comunes también.

A good space for a family of 4. The overall room is clean including the toilet. Room AC is very good.

Cons:

Some parts of the toilet need thorough cleaning especially the wall and the corners. The floor is laminated and needs upgrading, the TV in the room is not working. The blanket we received had so many stains and it's very obvious. There is always no reply from the desk or housekeeping, my daughter has to go down to reception to inform of check out time at 12.30pm. Disappointed.

Very nice hotel - i recommend for all guests to book in this hotel
Pros:

Place of hotel very nice - quiet place - i appreciate hotel staff they’re fully cooperative with us regardless of their reception or housekeeping, all of them they’re very friendly and supportive staff

Cons:

Air conditioner not cooling as much as we need. And i booked non-smoking room but sadly the smell of smoking is there. The breakfast style was not that great as mostly they’re repeating the food with little change in the menu.

Bel hôtel, mais problème d’hygiène dans les chambres infestées de cafard, et manque de confort à la réception

le confort dans les chambres et le personnel

Cons:

le manque d’hygiène. pour un 4 étoiles, la plupart des chambres étaient infestées de cafards et de fourmis.
par ailleurs, un grand manque de confort à la réception, alors que l’espace est énorme mais vide, uniquement 2 bancs pour lesquels il fallait se battre pour s’asseoir. C’est dommage pour un un si bel hôtel. Pour le dire autrement, la réception manque vraiment d’acceuil, hormis le personnel qui est plutôt sympa dans l’ensemble
