Property was fair for the price. Crazy that you can wear a bikini at pool but no shorts in the gym

Stayed here several times before and its always been fine but one incident i found very annoying. They have laundry facilities so i bought 4 tokens 2 to wash and 2 to dry thinking i would require 2 machines. As it turns out the machines were larger than I expected so only used 2 tokens. I took the other 2 back to reception and asked for a refund but was told no that they wouldn't refund me the unused tokens. This makes no sense and simply irritates the guest. The amount of money is small but the unfairness means i shall never stay there again.

The hotel was not recently renovated. It is well-maintained and very clean. We were so impressed with the kind staff and the excellent food! The location is also good because it was easy to get to the city center by taxi. This was a lovely stay

Mr. SUZAN is a great and nice worker ..his work is so proficient .

The rooms had multiple issues none are super bad but I would expect more from a 4 star hotel.

What I didn't like:
- Broken window pain;
- Shower doesn't drain properly;
- Room was dusty and some places were not properly wiped;
- Toilette (side) lever was broken;
- No hand soap when I went to the room;
- Soap dispenser in shower was broken:
- AC took very long to cool room and was noisy even when turned off;

What I liked:
- Breakfast was amazing;
- Staff were incredible and always tried to assist in all of above issues including changing my room;
- Nice pool and pool facilities that wasn't crowded at all;
- About 10 to 15 min to the canter of the city (by taxi/car)
- Some restaurants and super markets close by;
- Fresh drinking tap water faucet;
- WC seemed clean;

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

It’s a bit far from the city unless it’s nice hotel…there breakfast is so good

Everything is ok.

No regular check for amenities. No bath gel for 1st day and no toilet roll on 2nd day.

The hotel in general is excellent. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is good. The staff are excellent. There was a problem with the mattress covers. We found many stains on them, so we asked to change them. When they put the new washed covers on, there were also stains in them, indicating that the lawndry was not cleaning well. We found hair on the bathroom floor. We discovered that the room had not been cleaned. After the previous guest used it
