Just spent the night here to hit a bar in walking distance with some friends.
Pros:

Room was clean, neighbors were quiet enough. Good proximity to some places to eat, and a bar right across the street. For the price and location, I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of could make it better without raising the price.

The bed.

Cons:

When we first arrived they couldn't find my reservation then when he did he said he wanted to charge a $50 deposit for the room I already paid for. Then check me into my first room that wasn't clean wasn't even put together didn't even have lights. Second room they put us in had not even been set up and had a older like something had died in there. Third room they put us in what's clean and put together but the TV didn't work. Mind you we checked in at around 1:00 a.m. after being on the road. So since you couldn't get the TV to work and they didn't have another room he said y'all stay here and we'll get someone to come up in the morning to fix the TV. The next morning we had some errands to run so we came back and called up front and let them know we need someone to come and fix the TV. The guy came upstairs tried several ways of programming the TV and it wasn't working he then said I can move you out to another room. I responded and said if y'all have to move us again you will be giving us some of our money up. He finally got the TV program and we had five channels look like it was antenna TV. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Not ready not knowing your reservation not prepared. The sad part is I've stayed at other quality inns that were so much better.

Pros:

Overall, I liked the staff interaction, and room was overall clean and comfortable. The breakfast and kitchen amenities were good.

Cons:

The shower faucet could not close all the way, so from the beginning till the end of my stay I could hear the water drip. Also, I don't understand why it was malfunctioning and the water was burning hot preventing me from having a good and safe shower. Overall, I think the main problem was just the bathroom so it could have been a room issue then the facility itself.

Nice staff but needs repairs and upgrades
Pros:

The staff was very nice and the the room was stocked. It was close to some walkable food spots.

Cons:

The door didn't fully seal closed, the sink was pushing out old hair when the water was on, the tub faucet wouldn't fully turn off and we heard dipping water all day and night. The toilet was too small and short, the TV only worked on 1 channel, and the beds were hard as rocks.

We asked for a queen size room with queen beds and did not get it. We asked for handicap room and did not get it. I couldn’t get in the tub to take a shower because I needed a handicap shower.

Pros:

Location was decent, fairly priced.

Cons:

Tub had a large damaged chip in the porcelain and leaked. Door didn't close properly and ac/fan was very loud. Toilet kept running all night. Furniture in room was broken.

Danger!
Pros:

This hotel is in a very dangerous area. Staff members are rude and abrasive, saying only "Yep" when we walked in (no 'Hello' or other greeting).

The in-room wifi didn't work and staff members were entirely indifferent. There was no chair in the room. This is standard and very basic.

Walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear conversations from people in the next room. No fault of the hotel, there is a garage next door that is very loud all hours of the day and night.

Breakfast consists of Little Debbie snack cakes and not much else. We would not stay in this hotel again. In fact, spending a night in the car would be a better choice.
