Hot tube very clean, fire place in every room. Ten min drive from Truckee and kings Beach.
Off season in October very quiet
Negative is most of shops closed until November ski season
Positive location between Truckee and
Lake Tahoe and convent drive to Reno and Airport
We were truly blown away at how picturesque this resort truly was when we arrived! The staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful, and access to the game room and the pool was easy. The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe.
4 of us stayed for one night. Absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend to others
This was a shoulder season stay and the entire resort was pretty empty, almost all restaurants and shops were closed until November. Unit itself was lovely and comfortable. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit, maybe not too good for two couples as the second bedroom and bath were not nearly as upscale as the master, great for kids.
Nice staff ..quiet . Just what we needed
Very pleasant staff and accommodating. Very large suite and comfortable. Charming grounds but out of season and not much open . Amenities all great
Room was spacious with a gas fireplace. Property had on-site dining
Everything very clean. It’s a beautiful place to go and relax and enjoy nature
Staff was very kind. They responded immediately when we were locked out of our room. Wish there was more dining options. But it is the off season. Market was within walking distance. Would love to go during the winter season but the prices are too high. We will definitely stay there again.
The room was clean, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I might as well have been sleeping on a wood plank. In addition, the hot water lasted a while 2 minutes in the shower. When I asked the front desk in the morning at check out, they said “oh yeah, this building is like that”. I don’t see how that’s allowed?
When we got there, there was no one at the desk and we had to wait about 5 mins until someone showed up, who was new and couldn’t access all of the correct systems to check us in.
Only negative was The Village being a bit dead (off season)
For early check out they have only 4 rooms per day they can allocate. Talk to AM staff at desk sooner. They didn’t provide this information to us at check in.
Terri at the front desk is terrific!
A wonderful property, we had a 2-bedroom property which was huge and had everything we needed. A good place to stay to hike and explore down on Lake Tahoe. Only negative was reception staff, they appeared to have no local knowledge when asked a couple of questions!
Hyatt was beautiful, staff were wonderful. Rooms were huge and clean.
Property is awesome. Rooms excellent. Great location. Check in person was rude.
Great customer service
This place was fantastic. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the lacation was great, about half way between Truckee and Kings Beach. Lake Donnor is also about 25 mins away and less crowded than Lake Tahoe.
The room was amazing, very spacious and everything was in perfect condition. The property has so many shopping options around. We loved everything from our stay! We will be back
