The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient.
I liked that they left out leftover croissants and pastries from breakfast for their guests after check-in.
I liked that we were able to get our choice of coffee from the breakfast room, even though we had not paid for breakfast.
The kitchen area in the apartment had everything we needed. It was super convenient to have a pullout table under the desk for dining in our room.
The bathroom and bathtub were large, lots of amenities, including a swivel magnifying mirror.
They really thought of everything.
You can't control the temperature in the room.

Muy cómodo y bien comunicado. Tiene supermercado cerca, varios restaurantes, se puede llegar al centro en bus o caminando. He apreciado mucho que te puedas hacer café en la recepción aunque no hayas contratado desayuno. Además suelen tener croissant/bollos. Te ayudan en repeción a sacar la tarjeta para el transporte.
Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, posizione centralissima e monolocale dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottimo prezzo per gli standard di Basilea. Arredo molto basico. Parcheggio a disposizione a 25 CHF al giorno.
I cuscini del letto sono cuscini da divano di quelli minuscoli e vuoti, non li reputo dei cuscini. L'impossibilità di spegnere l'aria condizionata interna, ma soltanto di ridurla, non è per me ottimale.
BE ADVISED: Despite the hotels website and Google claiming this hotel has Air Conditioning - it does not. Confirmed with the front desk - what they are claiming is air conditioning is in fact just an HVAC system that has a fan. You will not get any relief if the weather is hot when you visit.

Ik snapte de airconditioning niet, deze maakt wel wat lawaai.
Sehr sympathisches Apartmenthotel in Kleinbasel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Super Lage: fußläufig zum Bahnhof, zum Rhein und zu allen ÖPNV. Mit der inkludierten Basel-Karte konnte man alle Busse und Bahnen kostenfrei nutzen.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in einem separat abschliessbaren Raum aufbewahren. Das Zimmer war gut geeignet für unsere Familie
The room was perfect.
Friendly staff. We checked in at midnight and was accepted immediately. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The place is not that far from the center, you can walk around to most central tram stops within minutes. It’s not on the shopping street (one-two blocks away) so the night is quiet too.
