Closeness to beach.
Room had weak spots in floor in multiple areas. Water got extremely hot.
Overall, we had a great stay at Hollywood Beach Hotel. The location is fantastic, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. One thing that really stood out was the kindness of the maintenance team. We had unexpected car trouble during our stay, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to borrow tools so we could get back on the road. That level of customer service was truly appreciated.
The only areas that could use some improvement were the room amenities and housekeeping. Our unit didn’t have any dishes or basic kitchenware, which made it difficult since we were staying for multiple nights. We were also only provided with three towels for everyone in our group, and housekeeping only services the room every three days. It would be helpful if guests staying several nights had easier access to additional towels and basic kitchen items.
Despite those minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpful staff. With a few small improvements, this would be an even better place to stay.
We had an amazing time, just to relax and enjoy the beach & boardwalk. The staff were very nice when checking in, and the room was clean and we could walk out to the courtyard then a few steps away from the boardwalk. Had such a great time, have already booked another trip and our friends decided to book a room to join us because of our experience. They are excited to visit the hotel to be close to the beach, boardwalk and enjoying the continental breakfast. Looking forward to our next adventure!

La habitación era cómoda, la limpieza cada 3 días me parece mal.
El desayuno , la persona encargada malhumorada y además no es desayuno continental. Es tipo una habitación que la adaptan con unas mesas y te sientas. En un patio que las sombrillas que tiene. Las mesas no son buenas En definitiva desayunas con el calor de Miami. , no tienen un salón para el desayuno. Mal!
It was a very nice stay I wish I would have knew about the parking was paid by the day and that you had to share the pool but other than that highly recommended

Its nothing the pictures online it was a dirty motel highly over priced with occupants doing drugs every not caring that children were around
Nothing not even the staff was were nice waited a whole hour in line cuz there was only one person in the front desk on a holiday to get told that we had to reuse dirty towels because room service is every 3 days
The location was great, close to the beach and the waters. The atmosphere was warm and calm. The room was clean and organized. The value could have been reduced if they accepted first responder discounts. Also,I was charged a parking fee for service. This should have been reduced for guests. I was not happy when the alarm on the safety box in the room ring every morning. I did not gt ti use the safety box because it never opened- it only made beeping noise which i reported to the front desk. The amenities such as towels were clean. shower worked well. The breakfast needs to be more variety, such as adding cuban flair to the meals. The same thing every day became too routine. Overall i like the hotel, but it could actually be better when there are not so many extra fees. Thank you.
The location was great and for the price
We had a great experience overall. Aside from the check in process, everything went smoothly.
The lady at the front desk was rude, said she didn’t have a reservation under my name, even though I had the confirmation and everything. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. Refused to call someone else to ask. I waited at the desk for about an hour (trying to get in touch with someone who would help). Another front desk employee arrived and was able to help and check me in right away. After that, everything went well. The location is soo perfect, just steps from the beach, and the room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed.
Nice and clean room. Breakfast was a little lacking, but overall a good place to stay right on the beach.
