Personal espantoso, no te explican nada, ni hablar de la “ seńora” DONNA del “desayuno incluido “ la señora esta sentada con cara de perro, mirando todo lo que come uno, no habia ni huevos, solo ceriales y bagles, café horrible, encima tiene el tupe de decirte que solo te podes servir 2 veces, cuando es una absoluta porquería ese desayuno! No van nunca a limpiar, te dejan dos toallas, ( rotas) y las toallas de playa tenes q poner un depósito de 20 dolares para usarlas! Nunca supe donde estaba la piscina, nadie me explicó nada! El hotel es una porquería, lo unico bueno es q el tv tenía diferentes tipo de plataformas para mirar cuando llegas de la playa, no lo recomiendo en absoluto!

One and done, I won't come back
Pros:

Location. Right next to the beach. The check in attendant was very helpful and patient.

Cons:

Check in was 4pm that's SUPER late. No free parking. The room wasn't very clean. Small thin towels/sheets(one had a stain) It felt like bugs were in the room especially the bed.

Close to beach.

Cons:

Breakfast?? That was one of the biggest jokes. It wasn’t a breakfast. We walked into a room as big as a closet where we were with “CARD!” We handed her the card she scanned it and went about her way. The “breakfast” was a bin full of hardboiled eggs and a stack of different types of bagels…. So disappointing. The staff at reception were rude and unwelcoming.

Pros:

It was a quick walk to the beach.

Cons:

I booked a poolside room and we got a corner room that did not even have a view of the pool. It said Continental breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00. It was done at 9:00. This is not a great place to stay. Parking is horrible. We had to drive four times around four blocks to try and find a parking space

Pros:

Beds were incredibly comfortable, the "rooms" were spacious, the views were amazing, and, the vicinity to the Boulevard was awesome! Also, the TV's had enough apps, after a long day at the beach for relaxing and watching a show or two.

Cons:

Honestly nothing.

Pros:

Accès à plusieurs piscines, très près de la plage. Petit dépanneur avec plusieurs produits en cas d'oublis.

Cons:

Peu d'équipement de cuisine (on doit aller le chercher et malgré une réservation pour une famille de 5 on nous octroie seulement des couverts pour 2 personnes).

Close proximity to beach. Staff was great. Bed comfortable

Cons:

Room could of been cleaned better. Chairs for dinette ser table could be more comfortable. As a general person this is very important. Bathtub could be cleaner and breakfast could have more variety.

Location, pool, quick walk to the beach
Pros:

Our second stay here this year, and once again it didn’t disappoint. Our family really enjoyed the pool, and the convenience store had plenty of snacks the kids loved. The WiFi was strong enough for gaming and streaming, which was a big plus. But the real gem of this place is the location—just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

Check-in took over an hour, which was frustrating. The gentleman who assisted us was quick and helpful; however, having a second staff member available to run the cash register would have made a big difference.
We also found that some of the front desk staff were inconsistent with the information provided.

Cons:

Some struggle with internet in the bedroom, and really high carbs breakfast with only disposable plates and cutleries.
