Nice room, food could be better
Pros:

Room was excellent. The staff were kind and professional. I was allowed early check-in. There are places for playing pool, table tennis etc. It has more of a resort vibe with lots of open airy areas.

Cons:

Food could have been better. Chicken Biryani was not that good. Breakfast was ok. Could have give more non-veg choices. Also very disappointed that outside food Swiggy/Zomato was not allowed. In very hot temperatures I had to go outside for lunch.

Enjoyed the staty.
Pros:

The room was big with all facilities including a locker. The breakfast was excellent with a grand spread. The staff were all well trained and qualified.

Disappointing stay due to poor property maintenance
Pros:

The breakfast selection was well-suited for Indian guests. The staff was polite and professional.

Cons:

The staff at the property are pleasant, but their good service cannot compensate for the infrastructure's current state. The property is aging and needs significant upgrading.
My experience included a broken AC controller in the first room, after which I was moved to a second-floor room with no lift access. To top it off, the toilet clogged and failed to flush on my last day. While the team did their best to resolve these issues promptly, the property requires serious renovation to provide a comfortable stay.

Love your hospitality radiation staff are superb

The stay was just as described we were treated well as we had a 1 year old baby with us everything was clean we got a free upgrade to our room as well heresy stafff as well
