Not what I expect of a Radisson property
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The room alotted did not have lift access. The check in process was bad. The room did not have any TV channels for a day. There were multiple weddings and so te place was noisy.

Not as good as before. Will consider options in future, of which there are many.
Pros:

We have stayed here before and always liked it which is why we returned. The staff are always warm and welcoming in every department. Good breakfast and nice pool.

Cons:

Check in was very slow, even though I had answered the question from the hotel about when we would be there. Then there were numerous issues, all of them small, but we became very bored of having to call for help. First day we had no hot water. Then the light in the bathroom would not switch off! Even the electrician could not solve it and had to take out the bulb!! There was no shower wash or hand lotion. Had to ask 3 times for those. When we asked at reception, we were told to go back to the room and call housekeeping! Hand towels were not replaced, had to ask for those on 2 separate days.The room did not feel 'deluxe' at all, a bit tired around the edges. And many many flying insects!! There was nowhere to hang wet towels or swimwear. Just one hook on the back of the door which was falling off and a towel rack which was also loose! We didn't have a balcony, so could not open a door and place damp items over the back of a chair (which we have always been able to do before) So we were disappointed.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass das Personal im ganzen Hotel super war. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut. Besonders das gesamte Frühstücksresraurant Personal mit den Köchen und dem Chefkoch.. der uns jeden Morgen freundlich auf deutsch begrüßte und uns immer gefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist. " Dank auch an mein Team und dein Team und dem Gesamt Manager von unserem Team " . Auch die Zimmer Reinigung war jeden Tag gut es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Auch der Pool war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Pros:

До моря примерно 8 минут, своих лежаклв нет, в отеле в основном местные. Забыли в номере ночной костюм, видимо под одеялом, вечером написали об этом, в итоге ответили через неделю, что ничего не нашли. Завтрак средний, найти что поесть можно, но не всё вкусно, можно заказать еду горячую на завтрак, входит в стоимость.
