The staff was very non responsive and we have to call the reception again and again for any services. Even the basic towels took multiple reminders and follow ups . Also , We have opted for dinner in the package however there was no buffet . The reception checkin experience was very poor as the staff was very arrogant and rude .

The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was superb. The hotel was very clean.
Could have done with more information about local trips available to help us decide how to get around and see local attractions. This didn't affect our overall experience.
ROOM AND POOL
Only that it was located in condolim. So accessibility was decent.
Rooms are too compact. No space, no view...tiny balcony can see stuffy homes around. No air and breez. AC was not working I had to call staff at 12:00 midnight to fix. Place was over crowded with tourist. Restaurant felt like railway station full of noise n chaos. If you just want to a space to stay then fine. If you need relaxing vacation then choose better option.
