Such a great place to stay. Nice and quiet

Stunning location directly on the beach. The hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil. Within walking distance to excellent restaurants and boutique shops.

Very quaint hotel. Off the beaten path but close / walkable to Hidalgo street for dining and shopping and very close to Playa Norte. The road leading to the hotel remained covered in water after raining leaving little area to walk though. Overall, the hotel is perfect for those who just want a comfortable room conveniently located to all things downtown.

Right on the beach. Staff were always helpful. Isolated from the noise and bustle of the town.

Playa Media Luna is a small and lovely hotel that allowed us to relax and enjoy a quiet and peaceful day at the beach. The hotel provided an amazing view of the ocean during the day and night. This hotel is very special as sea turtles come out during the night to lay their eggs at the hotel’s private beach. I was very lucky to witness such an amazing event.

Hotel is quiet, clean, and has friendly staff. Beautiful little beach but no swimming allowed which should have been noted in the hotel description. Run down cinder block building either in construction or vacant pretty close was a bit of a eyesore. Pool is nice.

They kept my deposit and never returned it. They don’t reply to my emails. The experience was terrible — I don’t recommend it.

We loved this place and would definitely go back! The room was spacious and bright. The view of the Caribbean blue ocean was to die for!

Property is nice enough, nice view, few ques were answered ok. But staff not always easily found either. They decided to upgrade the small pool bar - closing it entirely at least two days. Complete nonsense while guests are looking for a drink.
Lots of narrow stairs, might be concerning for some.

I love this property. The view is stunning. It’s walkable to shopping and dining. It’s usually very quiet unless there are families with small children staying there

We experienced several cleanliness issues during our stay, including ants in our room, near the coffee area, and in the seating area as well. Upon arrival, we also noticed a roach at the doorway. When we reported these concerns, the younger front desk staff member with glasses did not display any urgency or willingness to assist with any of our questions and needs which was disappointing. However, we appreciated the helpful attitude of the older woman and older man at the front desk, who were both courteous, helpful, and willing to go out their way for what we needed.

we stay here most often when we come to the island and they always have a nice clean. Well run place.

Beautiful area, perfect location on a quiet beach, very relaxing, but close to the best beach, shops and restaurants.
The hotel could be so much better, there is no effort to decorate
The rooms need to be renovated and linnen and towels upgraded.
