L'emplacement de l'hôtel était top, proche de tout et au calme.
L'eau de la douche, impossible de se laver les cheveux.
La ubicacion es perfecta, en la playa tranquila, en el pueblo, se puede llegar andando desde el puerto donde llega el ferry. Cerca de restaurantes y servicios.
No tiene restaurante, aunque esto no es un problema, porque está en el pueblo y se accede a los restaurantes fácilmente.

Every room overlooks a gorgeous semi-private beach with a beautiful playa and snorkeling area if you like to see the fish and maybe even catch a few, The area is a like a nursery for all kinds of fish and turtles. Highly recommend.
The bathroom was very warm and not airconditioned at all and since we were there in July, it was quite toasty and would heat the room up when we showered.

This is an absolutely excellent location on the northeast side of the island… The turtles come into nest at this time. If you’re in August, so it was perfect. We watched them every night between 10 P.M. and four A.M. It does not get crowded on the side, so it’s just the perfect location being close to all the restaurants and shops as well.
The staff is not present often, and I speak Spanish, so I do not have a problem, but they speak very little English, and they understand very little English. Our toilet flooded in the early morning and there was no one to Contact for help until after seven. Luckily, I speak Spanish and was able to communicate, but had my roommate or someone else in my Group had tried to communicate. There is no way they would’ve been able to make the person understand what was going on. I literally had to clean it up myself and then wait until the late afternoon after we returned when the staff was able to address the problem.

Location, pool, friendly staff
The location was great for everything we needed.
A few of the ladies at the front desk were not very friendly - several were great. Two in particular seemed annoyed when I asked questions. I understand a bit of a language barrier but it was the first time in Mexico that I had the front desk act that way. One sighed and even rolled her eyes when I asked if there was a water refill area. I didn’t go there often and I really tried not to bother them. If I go back to Isla Mujeres, I would try a different hotel to see if the experience is different.

Las ubicación, es ideal, su zona de playa es bellísima, la zona de alberca. Muy agradable, limpio, en buenas condiciones, un pequeño paraíso.
La comida, no tienen alimentos por lo que hay que pedir a la carta y entiendo que lo traen de otro lugar. Pedí un ceviche que no traía los ingredientes que marcaba la carta, podrían mejorar esto.

La vicinanza a Playa Norte
Non mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza, avevamo scelto una camera pagata tantissimo e ce ne hanno assegnata un’altra, al che abbiamo chiesto che ci venisse data quella acquistata e dopo varie peripezie l’abbiamo ottenuta. La struttura in sè avrebbe un buon potenziale ma c’è poca cura nella manutenzione degli spazi comuni e delle camere. Il costo è spropositato rispetto all’alloggio. Inoltre le foto pubblicate su Booking non sono veritiere.
