Nous avons été obligé de nous plaindre pour obtenir la chambre correspondant au prix que nous avions payé.
La réceptionniste a été très compréhensive mais le rachat de l’hôtel Gabriel n’est pas une réussite.

Cons:

Faire deux hôtels en un, la qualité en moins. C’est ce que nous avons ressenti alors que je suis un client fidèle de l’ancien hôtel. Les prix n’ont pas bougé le service est moins bon.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima per chi, come noi, aveva interesse a visitare la città. La metropolitana è a due passi e si è al margine del quartiere di Le Marais. L'albergo è composto da due strutture separate dalla strada: nella nostra c'era la reception (aperta h24) in quella di fronte si faceva la colazione. La nostra struttura è un po' datata anche se la nostra camera è stata riaggiornata di recente (almeno così mi è sembrato). La camera non era grandissima (anche se gli standard parigini sono piuttosto ristretti!!!) ma sufficiente per due persone e dotata delle cose essenziali: TV, frigo; wi-fi. Il bagno (questo di sicuro fresco di rifacimento) non era molto grande ma anche questo completo: buona la doccia. L'hotel non ha servizi aggiuntivi comuni, tipo palestra, spa, ecc. La colazione più che sufficiente, con dolce e salato anche se con una scelta non vasta. Personale gentile.

Cons:

La nostra camera aveva il rivestimento delle pareti di un rosso bordeaux piuttosto scuro che non aiutava la luminosità, malgrado le ampie finestrature. L'illuminazione interna non era il massimo.
