Ho aspettato qualche giorno prima di scrivere questa recensione, dando alla struttura il tempo di rimediare alla situazione. Purtroppo, non avendo ricevuto alcuna risposta alle mie email, mi trovo costretta a raccontare la mia esperienza.
Siamo arrivati in albergo verso le 11:00. Essendo il check-in previsto per le 15:00, siamo usciti per pranzo e siamo tornati alle 14:30. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è che il personale era già perfettamente a conoscenza del guasto all’aria condizionata, ma non ci ha detto nulla al nostro arrivo. Avrebbero potuto avvisarci immediatamente, dandoci il tempo di trovare un’altra sistemazione con calma. Invece hanno aspettato il momento del check-in, quando trovare un’alternativa è molto più difficile e significa perdere ore preziose della propria vacanza.
Abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno e solo a quel punto la receptionist ci ha parlato di un “piccolo problema” con l’aria condizionata della camera. Peccato che quel giorno ci fossero 42 gradi.
Saliamo con un ascensore decisamente datato, non climatizzato e con un odore poco gradevole, raggiungiamo la camera e scopriamo che il “piccolo problema” consisteva nel fatto che il climatizzatore era completamente guasto. Come unica soluzione era stato lasciato un piccolo ventilatore di plastica, rumoroso e del tutto insufficiente a rendere la stanza vivibile.
Siamo tornati immediatamente alla reception chiedendo un cambio di camera o, almeno, un climatizzatore portatile. Non ci è stata proposta alcuna alternativa, così siamo stati costretti a cercare in piena emergenza un altro albergo, perdendo tempo prezioso e affrontando un notevole disagio.
La receptionist ci ha garantito il rimborso completo del soggiorno, compresa la tassa di soggiorno che abbiamo dovuto pagare una seconda volta presso la nuova struttura. A oggi, però, non abbiamo ricevuto alcun rimborso né alcuna risposta alle ripetute email inviate.

Great location and rooms look quite okay for that price. Doesn't feel like 4 stars at all, but generally the hotel is nice.
AC doesn't work in many rooms and they're aware of that, yet they rent out these rooms (with AC listed on booking.com). When we complained after check-in, we were given another room with working AC, but only after we asked multiple times. Staff not extremely friendly but generally okay.
For this building (they have an annex as well), the sound isolation was really well executed.
Loved the bathtub with window, spaciousness, quality linen, and a welcoming staff (the reception lady upon check-in/ check-out was exceptionally kind and professional, solidified the quality of this stay.)

We arrived the lady at the reception didn’t even say hello or stood up just took 1 passport and said we can’t check in earlier because check in is at 3pm even tho our room was available.
We went to use the bathroom by the reception which was filthy, there was a towel just in the sink to wipe your hands, there was hair in the toilet seat.
I would be fine with everything but the hotel was dirty. Out bathroom doors in our room had fingerprints and black smudges so easy to wipe.
And once we arrived back to the hotel not only that we got a wrong key but our room was left open by the cleaning staff.
We also got 1 single tea bag. It just says it all about luck of care
Really unpleasant hotel, I stayed in many in Paris all price ranges and this one was by far the worst.
Especially the lady on Sunday at the reception should get a training on handling guests.

Lift werkte niet, allemaal lege flessen in de badkamer, zeep, shampoo zelfs geen papieren zakdoekjes.
Bij het ontbijt, fruitsalade was zuur en brood was zeker niet vers.

We booked the luxury room for 3 nights. The air conditioning did not work at all temperatures were above 30 degrees Celsius), and when we went down to ask for assistance, the receptionist told us it was working. We then came down a couple hours after it still wasn’t working, and a new receptionist told us that the hotel was used to this and told us the best form of action was to book another room. As we didn’t want to move hotels at night we decided to stay one night in the current conditions and agree to switch rooms the next morning. The next morning we switched rooms to an air conditioned one, however there were no more luxury rooms so we were downgraded to a small cramped room for the rest of our stay in Paris. Considering I paid over 800 euros for the 3 days, I think the accommodation was well below my expectations.
