The breakfast was not that good. Some staff trying to sell you membership was too stubborn on the sell, even after I said no thanks. They were suggesting not to purchase from orbitz nor expedia.
El desayuno no estuvo tan bueno. Unos miembros del staff vendiendo membresías fueron demasiado insistentes y sugerían no comprar de expedia o de orbitz.
Good for a quick stay, but property is quite old and not well maintained.

It close to town
Great place!
Lamentablemente muy descuidado. Antes iba muy seguido y no estaba asi. Los banos compartidos estaban sucios, la piscina se esta despintando y sucia. Los cuartos estan con humedad. Lastima porque la naturaleza ahi es muy linda pero lo mas importante esta descuidado.

Nos hospedamos una noche, la seguridad de las puertas es pésima, en nuestro hospedaje estando dentro de la habitación a las 1:30 de la mañana mientras dormíamos un funcionario del hotel nos abrió la puerta mientras alumbraba con un foco, por supuesto estábamos durmiendo y nos asustó, solo nos dijo que pensó que la habitación estaba vacía. Al amanecer fuimos a hacer el reclamo y el señor solo dijo que por “error” sucedió, que tenían desorden con las reservas, la gerente indicó que nos llamaría y nunca lo hizo. Entonces NUNCA más nos vamos a hospedar ahí y NO recomendamos ese lugar para hospedarse. Es PÉSIMO. Adicional, las habitaciones están deterioradas y en pésimo estado. El peor hotel al que hemos ido, eso es.
The room was given to us 2 hours after the check in time and our children had to wait at the lobby for the room keys. I chose this hotel for the pool so my siblings could enjoy the place and we did lost half a day. When I asked for compensation, they offered a late check out until 1:30 pm which I usually get anyway for my membership status. Anyway, NOT HAPPY

Property was as describes but the breakfast was terrible!! They promise you a buffet breakfast but we did not get anything! Just eggs and the service was terrible
Es bonito y seguro. Sin embargo la opción de comida es demasiado limitada y el desayuno está bien feo. También deberían separar el área pet friendly para no escuchar ladridos .
