Good
Room was clean and up to date
Shower curtain was not water proof so the water ended up on the floor every shower which is not good for the floor and the pool is never open when we go there for 3 years now so maybe you should say you do not have a pool.
Clean
Cost,
It was clean and comfortable in a great location.
Th walls are thinner than expected, so we could hear people in rooms on the other end of the hallway.
I like the service and the people who work there and I like the breakfast
The young children in the room above me kept on running and jumping
it was comfortable,
it smelled bad, there were holes in the bathroom, I thought the taxes were applied on booking and at checkout there were more taxes I had to pay
Location, cleanliness, rooms
Breakfast scrambled eggs were too watery. Rest was good.
Very nice and pleasant stay
Nothing
Piece of mind friendly environment ment
The room was clean. The pool is nonexistent. Breakfast was terrible. The coffee was water with a little coffee mixed in. Paid more through booking.com than I would going directly through the property.
First the price was absolutely way too high for the value you receive. Yes, the rooms have been updated nicely however the beds and the metal frames, they are absolutely horrible! The beds are extremely hard with zero bounce. The metal frames the beds rest on flex with the most minor movement and causing what sounds like tin cans flexing under you. Expecting a good night sleep, you can forget it. I’m so great full we only needed to stay two days . The room appeared clean however the shower head had so much mold build up, I was absolutely disgusted. I’m afraid of what I didn’t see.
We had neighbors next door and could hear their whole conversation. It’s crazy to me that we could hear so much of what they were saying.
The breakfast was one of the worst we have experienced. We passed eating after seeing and tasting just the eggs and sausage. We ended up at Dunkin Donuts both mornings to get a decent cup of coffee and some food.
The staff was nice however the property looked horrible. The bushes surrounding the hotel are all dead and a mess. There’s trash scattered throughout the flower beds and there’s a bunch of furniture trash behind the hotel when guests park.
We will definitely not be returning there again.
