Nice facility except. . . . 😒
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! Very helpful and professional. Always smiling and happy to help. The location was great, facility clean and comfortable

Cons:

The reason I picked this particular hotel was it was advertised as having an outdoor pool. Picture of a pool in the posting. However on arrival, the pool was NOT currently in use, and clearly hadn't been on quite a while. Solid green and overrun with algae. Very disappointing. I had actually canceled with another hotel and booked with this one as it was advertised as having a pool.

Location was cool. Plenty of food nearby.

Cons:

Tub was, peeling. The bed was just put together and didn't look clean. The toilet had been used. Shower hose rusted.

Cons:

Was told there was a couch in our room was not. Communicatio with desk clerk and Mr not good. Room very small, pool was filthy, later told it was closed. Nothing like the pictures.

I’m used to staying at Holiday inn as I travel a lot for work and that’s what I’ll stick to.
Pros:

It was convenient to stay at because it was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The bed had something like sheet metal underneath it that made loud noises every time i moved and the shower looked like someone had taken a hammer and busted chunks out of it so i was unable to shower even after paying $137.00 for one night plus i arrived late at 1am and had to check out by 11am

Cons:

Shower curtain was not water proof so the water ended up on the floor every shower which is not good for the floor and the pool is never open when we go there for 3 years now so maybe you should say you do not have a pool.

It was nice and clean.
