Prostrana soba i udoban krevet, lokacija je van grada pa je mirno i tiho...

One of the Air conditione was not working ...not all employees can understand English
Udobni kreveti. Ljubazno osoblje. Soba je bila kao na slikama, kakvu smo želeli. Hotel se nalazi malo dalje od samog centra Sarajeva, ali ukoliko dolazite automobilom, imaju siguran pokriven besplatan parking ispred hotela. Lokacija hotela je veoma praktična i do centra se stiže za 15 minuta. Od uređaja, u sobi smo imali samo klimu, tv i fen za kosu.
Nije imalo tečnog sapuna u kupatilu pored lavaboa, već smo morali da koristimo onaj iz tuš kabine, koji je i šampon i sapun i kupka.. U sobi se ne dobijaju papuče - ponesite svoje.

Parking privé pratique et accueil tardif possible : l'hôtel est bien si vous arrivez tard en voiture et souhaitez visiter Sarajevo le lendemain. Je ne le recommanderais pas pour plusieurs nuits cependant

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Exclusive. The staff were absolutely excellent – friendly, professional and always helpful. The receptionist was especially kind and accommodating. We were very happy that our rooms were right next to each other, which was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, hygienic and comfortable.
The location is also very convenient, with Baščaršija and Sarajevo’s Old Town only about a 14-minute drive away. Parking at the hotel felt safe and secure, so we had no concerns about leaving our car there.
The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, with no noise disturbance, which made our stay very relaxing. Overall, a clean, safe and comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We were very satisfied with our stay.
