Please note the hotel's outdoor swimming pool is heated from 21 December until 20 March.

Air conditioning will be in place from July through September

We do not have a supermarket, what we do have at the property is a bazaar.

At the moment the pub is inactive

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that there is a dress code for dinner, and men must wear trousers and sleeved shirts.

Desconexión en Gran Canaria
Pros:

La cercanía a la playa, las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal. Es un hotel de los "de tods la vida" que se ha adaptado al momento actual sin perder su esencia. La comida del buffet estaba muy rica. Ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos en Gran Canaria.

Cons:

El todo incluido es bastante básico. Al baño le falta algún enganche más para colgar las toallas.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo!
Pros:

Colazione buona, sostanzialmente uguale tutte le mattine, ma comunque con una bella scelta tra dolce e salato, Pranzo e cena a buffet con molta scelta in particolare la cena cambiava tema ogni sera.
All inclusive utile, include quasi tutte le bevande.
Carina la possibilità di pranzare al bar della piscina così come sfruttare la merenda pomeridiana sempre al bar esterno.
Sabato e Domenica a parte, non è difficile trovare posto per l'auto all'esterno dell' Hotel (almeno nei primi 10 giorni di luglio). Attenzione al fine settimana, tutto è piu complicato, la soluzione accettabile e soprattutto gratuita è il parcheggio in una zona non asfaltata a breve distanza a piedi.
La spiaggia a 2 passi è bella, non si può dire lo stesso del mare, che a causa della sabbia nera di origine vulcanica non è cristallino, anche se era comunque pulito. Temperatura dell' acqua non oltre i 22 gradi (era freddina).
2 lettini e ombrellone tra le 9 e le 17 costano in totale 7,5 euro al giorno, arrivando in spiaggia dopo le ore 17:00 è possibile fruire gratuitamente dei lettini (Non ombrelloni che vengono ritirati).
Carino il balcone.

Cons:

Letto scomodo.
Bagno con la vasca anzichè un pratico e comodo Box doccia.
Ascensori da censurare: dei 3 uno perennemente fuori servizio, gli altri 2 funzionavano MOLTO a rilento con attese troppo lunghe.
Camere che necessitano di ristritturazione.
