Clean and neat
Nothing
Was not able to check in due to being 20 years old even though that was not stated through the website. 2 ithers in my party were over the qge of 21 but since they were not paying the women at the front desk refused service. So i lost $250 cause i was mot able to stay in the room i paid for prior to my stay.
Very modern and clean
Pool and hot tub were not working
Beds are uncomfortable
Room was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious.
I like the waffles that I wish they had on Saturday as well
I didn’t like that our room smelled bad and there was shaved hair on our sink from the last person who stayed there. The room wasn’t super cleaned like we thought it would be.
We were staying at this hotel while traveling to attend a funeral. On the morning of our departure, the hotel had no hot water. I understand that mechanical failures can happen — that part alone was not the issue.
What was unacceptable was the complete lack of accountability afterward.
There was no apology, no acknowledgment that the hotel had let us down, and no effort by management to make things right. The General Manager avoided my calls and emails entirely. When I contacted Choice Hotels corporate, they were equally unhelpful and appeared more interested in making me go away with the vague promise of points than addressing the situation.
Only after repeated effort did corporate finally get the GM to contact me — and when she did, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Her attitude made it very clear that customer service and empathy are not priorities here.
We were regular guests at this property, but that loyalty meant nothing. There are plenty of places to stay in the Twin Cities that understand basic professionalism and accountability.
We will not be returning.
Comfortable bed
cleaner bathroom (mildew on bathroom tiles and dirty floor corners) fridge broke down so lost my meal and no offer to replace meal or/and swap a new fridge in (I understand that shortage of staff made it difficult to have fixed until after we left.) Also, the breakfast offerings weren’t very appetizing- tasted meh.
Breakfast was good - we didn’t know it came with the room - nice surprise.
The worst shower ever! Not much pressure; a hand held that wouldn’t stay in place; and difficult to find a good temperature of the water.
Walk in shower and breakfast
Room was not clean when I checked in early
The room was large and arranged conveniently.
The hot tub was closed.
The lobby area did not have carpeting and the boards that were down were very uneven. I tripped over them three times.
