Don’t stay at this hotel if you want to sleep at night because it sounds like 694 is going right through your room!!!
Pros:

The location was awesome

Cons:

It was right next to 694 and the traffic noise was unbelievable all night long!!! I would never recommend to anyone to stay there!

Solid
Pros:

Flexible—staff accommodated a late check-out/extention.

Cons:

Drains were terrible—standing water only after a couple minutes in shower/toilet not flushing.

Dead bugs in window-sill + stains on couch

Overall great place as we keep coming back.
Pros:

Friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, safe.

Cons:

No towels in pool area, could use amenities for those with food allergies, better selection as well food for people with gluten-free dairyfree diets.

Pros:

i liked the amenities, breakfast, pool, hot tub, gym

Cons:

they only had the good breakfast on the weekends, not the weekday. for the whole 7 days we have stayed there, housekeeping only came 3 times, after we had to tell the front office about it which they were super nice about it. 2nd time at this hotel and the housekeeping has gone downhill.

Crumbs/ spider web on wall, spider in bed nasty pool,
Pros:

Average. Expected it to be top notch. Maple grove area and all!

Cons:

Cleanliness of room, crumbs on pull out couch, in mattress. Mattress was a pos spring mattress. Stains on couch cushions. Spider web on wall/ ceiling. Pool was nearly hot tub temp. I bet 90 degrees plus hot tub was hotter yet. Cloudy, couldn’t see bottom.
