Lovely stay at Kissos Hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay at Kissos Hotel. We were pleased to come early in the season where and found the peace we were looking for.
On arrival we noticed the mobility scooter in the foyer and with the help of the Receptionist managed to have one on site within an hour! Great service and most helpful for my husband as it enabled us to make the most of all on offer in Paphos.
There is a small shop which runs in Reception which is open 9-5 each day. Great for gifts, suncream, hats, TShirts etc!
We stayed on a bed and breakfast plan. Basic, but plenty of choice, and we were very pleased.
There is a bar by the pool which was handy and we loved the chocolate Icecream Milkshakes! You can pay, or add to your tab for checkout.
Our room was lovely with a little balcony overlooking the pool. I love the way they are diagonally set for privacy. There is a fixed airer there too.
We didn’t use the safe or the fridge as they were paid extras.
We checked out the gym, but didn’t use; same as the indoor pool, which was a little uninviting due to lighting issues.
The hotel is close to various good restaurants! We loved the food in Duomo opposite Hotel; however Martellis round the corner were amazing welcomers and served great food and great at going above and beyond! If you just want simple foods and live football O’Neills Irish pub is for you.
The 612/3 bus which stops 5 mins walk from the Hotel at Tomb of the Kings was perfect -2 euros each, both ways made for a very inexpensive transfer from the Airport/Hotel and runs 7 days a week!
You can walk to Kings Shopping Centre in 15 mins via the road, or you can walk to the harbour via the coastal route in about 40 minutes. So a very good location and we would be happy to return again.

Cons:

We were surprised that the indoor pool is unheated! Had we have come earlier in the season this would have been very disappointing as the outdoor pools were only just beginning to warm.

Beware extra charges
Pros:

Budget friendly, basic but clean, decent sized swimming pool, adequate breakfast

Cons:

€5 per day to use the in room refrigerator, unacceptable to charge for a basic room feature like this. Additional charges should be clearly stated when making reservation.

Much needed break in tranquil settings. EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION.
Pros:

There was a variety of items for breakfast all tasty and fresh. The room was just off the swimming pool (Room 502) and the location of the Hotel is within distance of all the restaurants and shops in Paphos but it is off the main road so it is very quiet. This is our second visit to this Hotel since our first was last year. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are all so polite and helpful. The ambience of the Hotel offers tranquility. An excellent place to rest after hectic days at work. I think this is the only time I did not look forward to going home after a holiday. THANK YOU KISSOS HOTEL. BIG BIG WELL DONE FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS KISSOS HOTEL AND FOR HOW THE RESIDENTS ARE TREATED.

Old tired and dated but in a great position
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds comfortable

Cons:

The property is beyond dated and shows serious signs of wear and tear. Rooms are basic and should you require a kettle they are to be hired the same for the fridge. Room was lacking in a lot of areas but was good to see the shower was relatively modern. The laminate floor on the main room was seriously at the stage of just giving up
As I say to us the hotel was old tired and dated however on a great position

Very good location, close to a few restaurants, parking was good. Breakfast was ok

Cons:

No tea/coffee in the room. It is available if you pay. You pay 5 euros a day for the fridge. The 5 euros does include the safe. Tea/coffee at the pool bar were not cheap (sorry I can't remember the exact price).
