Pros:

It was located in a safe and cute area. There was plenty of space for parking near the hotel that was free.

Cons:

The staff here must really hate their job and/or don't belong in the hospitality business. The lady I spoke to on the phone seemed stressed, annoyed, and almost rude. The check-in and check-out person might be better with their janitor (I'm guessing); the energy they give off with their guest is like they have better things to do. Short and "we don't need your business".

The minute you open the door of your room, you are hit by the overwhelming smell of their cleaning products; it was way too much smell as though they were trying to mask something else. In the bathroom, despite the overwhelming smell of cleaning products, I detected musty odor/water damage smell - the kind you associate with old buildings and mustiness.

Perfect location, large, comfortable and roomy suite with everything you would need. Way to get to. Love the style. And the staff is always helpful and friendly.
