ベッドが広かった。駅の近くで2人で泊まれるホテルが見つかってよかった。
またチェックイン時に、朝食をつけてほしいと頼んだら、受付の方に、変更できないから今じゃなくて最終日の朝に予約したほうがいいと言われました。
受付の方の予想通り、出かけたい場所ができて、朝早く出かけることになったので、アドバイスがありがたかった。
また来たいです。

Angenehmes Hotel, wo ich wieder übernachten würde.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer war früher fertig als gedacht.
Self Checkout war möglich.

Expensive, with little facilities and small rooms

The checking in was lengthy. It took three men and a machine to check us in.
The hotel did not want to give an extra pillow to my pregnant wife to help her sleep better.
Check out again had to be with a machine, while there was plenty of staff behind the counter.

清潔感があり綺麗な施設でした

Cons:

①朝食会場のビュッフェの配置がどこに何があるのか分かりにくい
②トレイが小さく料理が取りにくい
③お味噌汁の椀が出ていなかったのでスタッフに伝えた
④フルーツがなかった
⑤入浴剤がない

Pros:

チェックインの時から、チェックアウトまで終始スタッフさんの笑顔とご対応に満足です。

お部屋も清潔で、使うものの場所もわかりやすく、なにより、ベッドが軽々動いて引っ付けられたことがすごくよかったです。

設備については、何のマイナスもありません！！

Cons:

朝食時、何度か飲み物が空になっているのを追加お願いしたり、カトラリーが足りなかったり、回っていない感はありましたが、対応が丁寧でしたのでよかったです。

いつでも無料でキャンセルできる点がありがたく、ゴールデンウィークの2泊目は予定変更のため、フロントに伝えるだけで簡単に1泊分をキャンセルしていただけました。
お部屋も綺麗でした。
