Pros:

高速バスの利用だったので近くて良かった。キャリーバッグをチェックアウト後午後まで預かった頂けたので助かりました

Cons:

テレビが　ツインのベッドに向かって設置されており　寝る際には良いのですが　窓際のソファーに座っている際には　観ずらかった　可動式であるとありがたかった

私の勘違いで系列の新幹線口の方へ行ってしまいました。丁寧に行き方の説明をしていただき、雨の中でしたがなんとか名古屋駅前のホテルに到着した時はホッと安心しました。（私のミスで申し訳ありませんでした）
また、「名古屋城への行き方を教えて欲しい」という要望にも色々と調べてくださり、こちらも迷わず短時間で行くことができました。
朝食もとても美味しくいただきました。
ありがとうございました。

1階のお店でモーニングを食べたので美味しかったです。
ホテル前にバス停もあり荷物をホテルに預けて行けたので大須観音、商店街へのアクセスも良かったです。
