Pros:

員工非常親切，很願意幫忙，做事很細心也很貼心。
房間很乾淨，比想像更寬敞，除了辦公桌椅外還有另外可供休憩的小桌椅，覺得是平常同價位商務旅館中較少看到的。

Cons:

雖然離名古屋車站走路大概10分鐘內可抵達，但從車站走到出口再到飯店體感上意外的有一點點距離
建議若從名鐵名古屋站出站後先走到靠近NANAKO的大路上轉彎，心情上會比從直接從名鐵出站近一點點

Good easy and covenient location.
Pros:

Room small like all Japanese rooms but a good lay out for people travelling for work. Desk space and wirking chair are good.

Cons:

・清掃が甘く、髪の毛が大量に落ちていた。部屋の交換を依頼したところ、対応頂けたのは良かった。
・ランドリールームを利用しようと思っていたのに、改装中でそもそも利用ができなかった。(仮に使えないことは仕方がないとしても、事前案内さえしてくれていれば、対応できたのに…)

crew) in daytime shift helpt me to find out a few sites communication. Impressive! End though it will be under construction soon in March-April.

Cons:

我猜是大樓有點年代。因此櫃檯在二樓,要留意進去後換電梯。走道光線太弱 ，暗色地毯看起來更暗.很制式的商務旅館。.

Pros:

Zeppでライブがあり利用したのですが、徒歩圏内で行けたので良かったです。ベッドも大きく部屋も程よく大きかったので快適に過ごせました。ドライヤーの風量も抜群です。チェックインチェックアウトも周りのホテルより滞在が長めに出来る時間で朝の支度をゆっくり出来ました。

Cons:

あえていうならばアメニティに化粧水や乳液がなかったこと。そのかわりにフェイスパック、足に貼るシートとマウスウォッシュがありました。

Not worth the price
Pros:

The staff were kind and the location is ideal for travelers.

Cons:

The smells were awful. Firstly, I booked a smoking room by accident but as an ex smoker smoking rooms don’t usually bother me. However, the smell of smoke in the bedroom and corridor was so intense it was like sleeping in an ashtray. It seeped into all my clothes and no matter how long I kept the windows open, the smell wouldn’t go away. I could barely get any sleep and it gave me a sore throat for days. The building is old and has accumulated decades of smoke in the walls and furniture so I recommend avoiding booking a smoking room. Secondly, the front desk and elevators smelled like sweat. Maybe because of all the construction workers going up and down but it was unbearable. For the price, it was just a huge disappointment to check into a hotel where I couldn’t rest at all.
