Close to work and a Marriott chain
Breakfast wasn’t good. Terrible coffee machine
The staff made our stay special. The young team welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, and we truly appreciate their care and willingness to help. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Delta Hotels Istanbul West. We are happy with our choice and would recommend the hotel to other travellers.
Nothing to mention so far. We are enjoying our stay.
Food was good, with great gym and pool.
We chose the room due to the kitchen facilities but sadly the fridge was not switched on and even though we had a microwave there was no crockery or cutlery. So we could have saved our money and had a standard room, disappointing.

everything were well organized.........
everythings, especially then smart tv.
Indoor pool is great and we loved it.
Sofa bed was bended in the middle and was very uncomfortable.
Mosquitoes at night and we all got bitten by. Surprised when I asked reception they said it’s not safe for them to spray at evening. We slept that night being bitten. Next morning I asked and they did spray but it never worked.
It’s close to a dirty stream/river or industrial water spillway etc and I presume it’s a breading place for all mosquitos.

Кровать- супер) номер- хороший. Ванной не хватает, конечно. Там только душ во всех номерах( портье объяснил) От исторического центра далеко. Но мне 1 ночь переночевать транзитом- очень комфортно. Персонал дружелюбный, помогали. С таксистами- очень внимательно при расчете. Они хитрые. Завтрак хороший, шведский стол, разнообразно. Вкусно. Я в Турции была первый раз, мне очень понравилось гулять вокруг. Настоящий, не туристический город посмотрела. Кофе, чай , чайник в номере. Холодильник маленький и у меня в номере тёк. Заметила уже ночью, утром сообщила портье. В целом- хороший уровень Марриота. Для командировок- вообще супер, на мой взгляд.
Я мыла стаканы все в номере. Показались не очень чистыми.
