Персонал молодцы! Отель ужасен по своей организованности и расположению

Внимательный и очень дружелюбный персонал. Хороший завтрак, есть горячие омлеты или яичницы, приличный выбор остальной еды (все как в Турции, за что мы её и любим). В номере была питьевая вода в бутылках, чай, кофе в пакетиках и косметические принадлежности.Уборку делали ежедневно

Cons:

Номер без открывающихся окон. ВООБЩЕ! Это был ужас, жили как в склепе. Кондей в начале февраля - так себе история. А с учетом того, что он дует прямо на кровати и после первой же ночи проснулись с заложенными носами - вообще отвратительно. Кровати ОЧЕНЬ высокие! Зачем? При моих 175см, не могла даже сесть на кровать - роста не хватало. Ванная комната - УЖАСНАЯ вонища табаком, особенно вечером и утром! В комнате нет ни освежителя, ни ершика для унитаза. Для стольких звезд это как минимум удивительно. СПА - особая тема. Бассейн закрыт, хотя при бронировании мне подтвердили, что он будет работать. Хамам не работает, только сауна. Полотенец больших нет. В общем, мы были в ауте от такого СПА. Ну и вишенка на торте: никакой инфраструктуры. Магазинов нет, ресторанов нет, бутиков нет, только АЗС через дорогу. В общем, это худший отель в Турции из тех, которые посетила за более чем 20 лет

Pros:

Le restaurant la cuisine du restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment délicieuse. Les plats sont assez coopieux.
Et le service est assez rapide.

Cons:

La chambre qui n'était pas du tout climatisée, je suis arrivé dans l'hôtel L'acclime qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout, j'ai fait appel au réceptionniste. Ils m'ont envoyé. Un défilé de techniciens sur deux jours . Et la panne n'a jamais été résolue, conclusion j'ai séjourné dans une chambre. Sans climatisation et j'avais extrêmement chaud. Et j'etouffais dans la chambre choses qui m'a declencher une allergies suites a la poussier que renvoyait la clim parce que il était impossible d'ouvrir. Les vitres.
Parce que c'étaient des grandes baies vitrées qui ne s'ouvrent pas. Donc, sur ce point-là, j'ai été extrêmement. Déçue et cela m'a fait passer un très mauvais séjour. Et quand j'allais faire la réclamation à la réception pour un changement de chambre ils se moquait presque de moi , pour un hôtel soi-disant cinq étoiles, c'est vraiment du grand n'importe quoi
