I would be nice if there was someone actually at the desk for check out. After waiting 15 minutes I had to just leave the cards and go.
Breakfast was real good. Enjoyed it
Nothing
Friendly staff, good size room
Bathroom was really dangerous—shower leaked onto floor and my child and my husband both slipped
great breakfast
Refrigerator turned off some time and caused my food spoiled
The lobby looked updated. They have zero covered loading or unloading for checking in. The room was not as advertised. Two very old queen beds faced the two bathrooms. One bathroom was sink/toilet with nothing extra but two toilet paper rolls and one hand towel. The other bathroom had an old bathtub and seat along with shower heads. The bathroom doors each had frosted glass and you could see shadows and the doors did not close. No room to move around the whole layout is not a suite.
Staff was super nice and helpful. Did great adjusting my room since my reservation never ahowed i had pets even thoughbi called a d messaged through Expedia. Could use a better pet walk area, maybe some artifical turf. Hard for pets to walk on rocks and be comfortable doing buisness. Breakfast was great as well!
Fresh, clean and friendly, this place is hard to beat. The Front Desk staff are kind, generous and efficient, the modern rooms are very stylish and spacious and even the fitness center feels new and high-quality. Combine this with a meal at Mattina's, a few minutes away by car, and you come away thinking that Kingman is an unexpected delight!
No water pressure in the morning we were there. Toilet would not flush
True to its brand and class of hotel with a bit more space.. Comfortable. Great checkin. Modest breakfast but sufficient. You could pay more, but not likely to do much better. Pool posted as closed for work, opening unknown.
Nice place to stay right off the I40
I had requested a quiet room on the quieter side of the building, and the front desk staff—especially the lady at the lobby—was very kind and seemed to make an effort to honor that request. However, it wasn’t until bedtime that we realized a constant humming noise, similar to a loud fan, persisted throughout the night. I kept hoping it would stop at some point, but it continued non-stop. While there was minimal noise from the street or freeway, this internal noise made it one of the most disturbingly noisy hotel rooms I’ve experienced in over 20 years of travel.
Great customer service!!! The young lady working Saturday (7/5) evening when we checked in was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, etc. We were a bit concerned about the noise traveling through the hotel as there was a loud group of kids in the pool, but it was not an issue at all.
The breakfast was so, so but I believe that was primarily due to possibly a staffing shortage and a large, sloppy group that ate right before we made it downstairs Sunday morning. They made quite a mess, never bothered to clean up at all and seemed to intentionally make as much mess as possible (seemed to be a school or church group of some sort as the group were young adults 17-20 YO).
I realized after we left that I had mistakenly left my cell phone in our room. I called the front desk to let them know. The young lady I spoke to immediately retrieved it from room 304 and had it at the front desk when we arrived back about 5 minutes later. She was very pleasant during the situation and immediately reassured me that everything was ok when I called and when I got back to the hotel to pick the phone up.
We will definitely recommend this hotel and staff to anyone we know who will be traveling in the area.
The room was clean, everything was in order. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but it didn’t bother me. Excellent breakfast. Friendly people.l
They double charge me
Way better setup compared to the exact same room at Island Point in “West Yellowstone”
Bathroom layout is way better!
Room was actually carpeted clean, and quiet! And because we checked in sooo late/ early, 2:15 AM, we were given a good rate and an extended check out time, unlike the goobers at west yellowstone who charged us for an extra full night because we took 20 minutes too long to get out!
