Hotel was just ok. Toilet had worn out rusted spots on toilet seat and the drain in the bathtub was totally rusted .
Breakfast was the typical Marriott breakfast but the person running it was quite rude.
We asked for half and half for our coffee and she said , “we ain’t got no more half and half. No apologies there.
The utensils were super cheap plastic and the fork bent trying to pick up food.
Check out time is noon. We had a do not disturb sign on our door . At 9:30 an, housekeeping came to the door to tell us we needed to check out. We told her no , not until noon,
We expected more from the Marriott brand.
They could at least put a new toilet seat on and drain in. Those are easy fixes. It kind of had a Motel 6 vibe.
I would be nice if there was someone actually at the desk for check out. After waiting 15 minutes I had to just leave the cards and go.

The lobby looked updated. They have zero covered loading or unloading for checking in. The room was not as advertised. Two very old queen beds faced the two bathrooms. One bathroom was sink/toilet with nothing extra but two toilet paper rolls and one hand towel. The other bathroom had an old bathtub and seat along with shower heads. The bathroom doors each had frosted glass and you could see shadows and the doors did not close. No room to move around the whole layout is not a suite.
Staff was super nice and helpful. Did great adjusting my room since my reservation never ahowed i had pets even thoughbi called a d messaged through Expedia. Could use a better pet walk area, maybe some artifical turf. Hard for pets to walk on rocks and be comfortable doing buisness. Breakfast was great as well!
Fresh, clean and friendly, this place is hard to beat. The Front Desk staff are kind, generous and efficient, the modern rooms are very stylish and spacious and even the fitness center feels new and high-quality. Combine this with a meal at Mattina's, a few minutes away by car, and you come away thinking that Kingman is an unexpected delight!
No water pressure in the morning we were there. Toilet would not flush
True to its brand and class of hotel with a bit more space.. Comfortable. Great checkin. Modest breakfast but sufficient. You could pay more, but not likely to do much better. Pool posted as closed for work, opening unknown.
