What a nightmare just trying to pay for my room

Cons:

The girl at the front desk ran my credit card strangely and it caused it to be declined twice, then she put it on another credit card. Now I have $900 worth of charges in pending on my credit cards, and the paid parking. It has been in pending for three days.

I enjoy my stay and love everything else.. especially the cleanliness of the bathroom and room .
Pros:

The service was exceptional, the room was clean and the staff is amazing! The lady name Joyce was excellent , she is very caring and make sure the customers are welcome was very helpful when needed help. She ha a wonderful smile that make us feel like we want to come back again.

Cons:

The fact we have to pay for parking was unplanned and the breakfast was okay should have more options. The apple juice does not taste fresh, overall its decent.

Comfortable and friendly
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is great. Everything is very clean.

Cons:

The hotel is far from the city so its a trip everytime you want to go out. The breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel. We had to wait for a table everyday.
