Comfort Suites Lawton Near Fort Sill

My stay was good until it wasn’t. The toilet in my room stopped working three different times! Each time the staff was responsive until the last time it stopped working again. I had to go downstairs to use lobby bathroom twice. There was human waste in mine that wouldn’t flush. Let the young lady know at the front desk she said someone would come up, no one ever did. My room was starting to smell and just went ahead and checked out. I left my number for the Manager to call me. As of yet, I’ve heard from no one.

We were only there for two days for my grandson's graduation. I would stay again if in the area.

This was our first time staying with Comfort Suites and the expectations were a maybe a step above a Motel 6. We were very pleasantly surprised by a spacious, clean and airy room. We will add this group to our list of affordable places to stay.

Stay was decent. Elevator had problems. Staff was excellent with having to go to the closet to push the button in order for the elevator to go up. Room was good. Only problem was the tv was having problems but after an hour, it was fixed. Went to CNF, came back to the room, the AC went out. Thankfully the night staff was able to fix it quick. Some problems I normally would not have, but the staff was very excellent on making it all better with each problem.

The young man who checked us in was very personable. The only 2 issues is that there was not a plug for the tub and there was not a hot tub.

Elevator button not working. One luggage rack out of order and other in use by others, so we toted our luggage. Mattress was one of those where you roll toward center. About $80 value, but paid more like $120. Room was spacious. Pretty quiet. Breakfast good..

It was a nice hotel for our weekend trip. It was clean & met all our needs.
Great staff at front desk. Especially, Jen (Jennifer). She couldn’t get us clean towels for our 2nd day early as they were all being laundered. But she promised to have them ready for us later in the day. When I checked back after lunch, she had set back exactly everything I had requested. She was also very friendly & kind. Great customer service!!

Ac smelled bad, shower was dirty looking

We had a fun family adventure and loved the location—it made exploring easy. Breakfast was tasty and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The room was mostly comfortable, but we did notice a few dead bugs and some ants, which felt a bit odd. Overall, a good stay with just a couple things housekeeping could improve.

I came here for my solders graduation. I thought the had it decorated more to honor our soldiers but I was wrong. The rooms are not updated. The carpets are gross, the blankets are stained, the bathroom shower is falling apart, and for the price I paid it was not worth it. I will say thank god the updated the locks on the door to the rooms . That was the second day of my stay. But I it was poorly planned bc then I had to get a second key (the old one to enjoy the pool or gym ) They were very disorganized. If I could get a refund for some of the money I would but I know I won't. The keys we had stopped working often .

Pick a different hotel. This one is very run down & majority of the staff are rude. The bathroom in our room had water damage on the ceiling and mold in the shower. There wasn’t a working vent fan which explains the excessive moisture. Our ac only worked when it wanted to. The mini fridge was pulled out of the cabinet & set on the floor. The microwave was on the floor of the cabinet. Thankfully the bedding was all clean. Everytime I brought up a concern to the front desk they acted as though I was annoying them. It was a short stay or I would have switched hotels. The automatic entry doors were not working as well so I was locked outside. Due to disability I was unable to manually open the doors as the sign said. Again the staff was annoyed they had to open the door to let me in. I will never stay here again.

The first room we went to smelled of mildew and was real stuffy/humid. The man at the front he was nice though

I liked the largness of the room. We booked the hotel for my son's ARMY basic training. It was really nice great place to hang out with family in the lobby and small dinning area.

Disappointed in this particular Choice hotel site. Other Choice hotels I've visited were much cleaner & provided room cleaning service. This particular hotel failed to provide room-cleaning service, bugs in room & bathroom light fixture, breakfast food poorly prepared. Beverages were fine.

It was nice and clean.I do enjoy myself.

Great room

Aside from a few maintenance issues, it was a very nice stay. The rooms were immaculate and the front desk staff were wonderful.

The carpet was wet in sections and sticky in others. There was water damage on the ceiling. (We were not on the top floor). The window opened and there was no safety screen. -3rd floor. Breakfast was very late in being put out. The food was fair. The staff were courteous.
