As a Best Western Diamond member I has been upgraded from standard to premium room as well as early check in has been offered and room has been ready.
Reception: free welcome amenities such as water, fruits, candies has been provided 24/7. Reception staff are friendly and helpful (printing, answering questions, extra amenities and iron)
Room: 5th floor (premium) corner room. Bathroom with walk- in shower, bidet, hairdryer. Towel - dryer has been working all the time. Stonewall decorated, teak wood floor.
Cleanliness: excellent. All towels has been changed daily, bed - linen changed daily. Intimate hygiene gel for bidet, cotton buds, shower caps added daily. Room amenities such as tea, sugar, coffee capsules has been added daily. Toothbrush and razor has been requested from reception by request (free). Iron and ironing board has been quickly delivered by staff on request.
Breakfast: continental with usual assortment of hot dishes (omelette, sausages, bacon), wide range of pastries, fruits, yoghurt, fresh fruits (apples, bananas, pineapples). Staff renew buffet quickly as soon it’s finishing. Pots with filtered coffee, unlimited espresso -cappuccino-latte on demand. Waiters are quick and friendly, serving coffee and cleaning tables fast.
Swimming pool and gym: 14 floor, free access for all guests. Water are clean and warm, gym facilities such as: dumbles, running machines, cycles. Cooler with fresh water available. Free towels are available on gym and sunbeds near swimming pool, renewing buy staff on time.
Checkout: has been surprised by free take-away water and snack.
Location: good for travellers by car, underground parking available for 10€/night or lot of free spots around the hotel. Hotel located near Villapizzone bus station and frequently hosts a lot of international bus drivers (FlixBus, Marino Bus), they are parking the buses around hotel so I think it’s a safe place. Btw, underground hotel parking has a few free Tesla destination chargers 15kw so it’s convenient for electric car owners.

Nella vasca da bagno quando esci rischi di scivolare se non ti tieni, a causa del punto di uscita. Ristorante con una cucina molto buona.
Na hoteli je super, že má vlastný bazén na najvyššom poschodí a je blízko pri rýchlostnej ceste.
V izbe bol hrozný vzduch, klimatizácia alebo rekuperácia vzduchu nefungovala. Na ovládacom paneli som mohol nastaviť čokoľvek, ale teplota sa nemenila. V toalete rovnako nešlo odsávanie. Okná sa nedajú otvárať. V izbe nebola ziadna skriňa na oblecenie ani župan

Très loin du standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles. L’établissement tombe littéralement en ruine.
La taxe de séjour est exorbitante et l’hôtel est très loin du centre. La navette en panne nous a gâché complètement le séjour. Nous avons dû prendre plusieurs taxis qui ont considérablement augmenté le prix du séjour.

Right next o unkept building which smells every night due to sewage we had to change our room 3 times to suit our comfortability 1 room temperature was stuck at 29degrees and won’t be changed it was broke they had to fix it - 2 room the bathroom water leaked all the way to the living room left the room very much damp smell very dangerous for inhaling dangerously inform the staff rather shocked when they SAW it ! For the whole 4days the shuttle wasn’t work the hotel didn’t even think to provide alternative very much didn’t Care ! We missed our reservation due change of hazard rooms

I came to Milan for the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Winter Olympics and was so happy to have chosen The Hub. During major international events like the Olympics, choosing the right hotel makes a huge difference in how smoothly your entire stay unfolds. The service on arrival was exceptional, and it was clear immediately that the staff were experienced in handling guests from around the world. The rooms were large and offered lots of amenities, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. But one stand-out is the free local shuttle that takes you to the subway station. This was really a game changer for us since we did not know how to navigate the area properly, and it made accessing central Milan simple and stress free. The hotel has a gym and pool too, which added to the overall convenience and flexibility of the stay. I was able to walk to grocery stores within 15 minutes as well, which made longer stays much easier to manage. This hotel quietly delivers a level of practicality and comfort that becomes even more valuable when you are visiting for a major global event. Overall, The Hub is a great hotel in Milan.
