Il faisait chaud dans la salle fitness ,la Clim n était pas adapté à la taille de la salle
The cleanliness, the free shuttles busses and the facilities
When we arrived i had a 17yr old with me and no one informed me from before that it would come with so much hassle, after a long time travelling we could not go into our room because we needed both parents id card and signature however from the other side of the earth they could not do this as they were not advanced with technology... We managed to get in the room after 2hrs and we paid the deposit in case of any breakges which i had no problem with and we were told after the stay i would receive the money (money arrived a month after by date). The hotel offers free shuttle to the train station our flight back to my country was during the night so we decided to go round the hotel as there is a shopping mall and we had booked a shuttle from train station to hotel by time since we had some distance to the airport and did not want to risk being late to the airport- unfortunately they forgot to book us a shuttle so we had to pay for a cab and do the check out in which we ended up being late.

Ho spento l'aria condizionata prima di uscire e quando sono rientrata a mezzanotte era in funzione e la stanza fredda. Ho avuto un problema al mattino in sala colazioni. Avevo preso una fetta di prosciutto e due di salame che non ho poi mangiato perché quando ho letto che la piscina era già aperta di prima mattina non volevo entrare in acqua con il tramezzino nello stomaco e per non buttare via il tutto li ho avvolti in un tovagliolo di carta e l'ho messi in borsa pensando di mangiarli dopo la piscina. Ho ringraziato e salutato e nell'uscire dalla sala il cameriere mi ha chiesto se mi fermavo un'altra notte . Dopo aver risposto di no mi ha detto che è politica dell'hotel non portare via nulla. Mi è sembrato un po' inopportuno. Non ho rubato nulla , ho solo evitato che venisse buttato del cibo che avrei potuto mangiare un sala e nessuno avrebbe detto nulla. Dopotutto nei 10 euro di colazione , avevo mangiato solo due mini brioche e un thè caldo. Inoltre viaggiando da sola ho pagato 90 euro di stanza e ne avrei pagato 99 se fossimo stati in due. Non credo di aver mandato in fallimento l'hotel per due fettine di salame , una di prosciutto e due fette di Pan carrè. Ho trovato l'osservazione un po' inopportuna sinceramente

Dentro do hotel tudo. A comunicação com o hotel foi excelente, a recepção foi perfeita. A piscina é excelente, realmente aquecida, limpa. O spa tem qualidade. O desjejum é adequado, sem luxos ou exageros, mas o suficiente para iniciar o dia.
Podem melhorar o acesso ao Wi-Fi e todas as áreas.
Como o hotel fica afastado de tudo, poderiam, mesmo com uma fee, oferecer transportes aos aeroportos. A van que leva é trás a estação de metro a cada hora, poderia, pelo menos, passar pela estação central, se não quiserem ir até aos aeroportos, os serviços de trem e onibus são bons a partir de lá.
De mensen daar waren over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar heel moeilijk te bereiken telefonisch.
Er werd aangegeven dat er towel service bij het zwembad aanwezig was, maar in werkelijkheid was deze er niet. De badkamer had een lek, douche werkte niet correct en ook de airconditioning kon niet worden uitgezet, omdat die mogelijkheid er simpelweg niet was.
Jammer, want met wat meer aandacht voor deze punten had ons verblijf een stuk aangenamer kunnen zijn.

I requested rooms next to each other and didn’t get them, bathroom smelled like pee and the beds were uncomfortable, no duvet just sheets provided.
Towels smelled used.
