Breakfast was good.
Smelled a little mildewey in the room. Sofa bed did not include linens.
Breakfast was very good - loved healthy options. Location was convenient.
Fridge was not cold, none of the charging outlets worked, mirror light stopped working, no body wash in shower.
It was clean
The breakfast
The staff were very professional
The cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were way too low to the floor. The law was there twice in 2 days
Close to the College, where the event I was attending was located.
It was clean and the staff was pleasant.
The warm pool, bed and water pressure for the shower was nice.
Dirty patched ceiling, stained curtains, and staff didn't know what they were doing. I came in and said I booked with booking.com , pulled up the conformation email and everything where I paid just shy of 190 for 1 night. We'll i was told about a fee of some sort so they run my card again just for me to find out they charged me for a whole different room which ended up at 210.. was told there wasn't anything they can do for 5 to 10 days. Very unprofessional. It wasn't my fault your staff wasn't trained properly to the point where you treat your customers the way I was treated. Was told I could have free drinks and chips... ridiculous, I could have been given a free night.
Great
Everything
The young lady at check in was so very kind and smiled. She did the same upon leaving. The breakfast was fine. You need mint tea and possibly a selection of danishes. I didn’t eat anything because if the room looked like that, one has to wonder how you treat the food.
The room was not crisp. The wallpaper was ripped. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be. The white floor wasn’t clean, it needed a splash of bleach. The towels are not thick- you can see through the washcloth. The bed was ridiculously soft and old as were the pillows. The bed wasn’t even aligned with the frame. On the wall where the closet is you need a picture or something perhaps a historical one of the area. That dirty old wall made it fell institutional. The elevator had balls of debris in the corner and the mat was lifting just waiting to case an accident. It needs a good steam cleaning and power wash. And repair the wall paper as soon as it rips.
