Perfecto, limpio y cómodo
Pros:

Estaba limpio, espacios muy cómodos. Había plancha, la persona en recepción muy amable. Cerca a una estación de tren para poder movilizarte a todos lados, zona muy segura y tranquila. Definitivamente volveríamos

Más que algo en contra fue que en la televisión no podíamos encontrar youtube o netflix solo escuchábamos la radio local.

Chambre spacieuse conforme à l’annonce. Terrasse agréable avec vue dégagée. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le Check in et flexibilité sur l’horaire du Check in. Quartier d’habitation agréable loin de l’agitation touristique.

Pros:

cleanliness and comfortable armchair and bed. Kitchen area easy to use. We have stayed here many times in the past so I know what to expect.

Pros:

24/7 reception, pretty calm location

Cons:

The windows in our room could not be opened by ourselves, we needed to ask the staff to come and open it with a tool. That is just so inconvenient. Location is close to a metro station but it's about 30 minutes minimum of walking to more touristy neighborhoods.

Nice stay in a very nice neighbourhood!
Pros:

We really liked the neighbourhood, which was safe, residential and away from the noise of the city centre. Bus stop to the city centre was very close. Super markets, cafes and markets also nearby. The room was quite spacious and can be divided into two rooms. It includes a small kitchen with a fridge. There is an elevator in the building. The room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

The bathroom seemed old and the shower was quite small (there was always hot water and good pressure of water). Ventilation from other rooms did not work well and there was smell from fried fish twice in our room (even through we didn’t cook at all during our stay), so we informed reception and asked for the handle to open the windows (as indicated in other reviews, windows cannot be opened). Apart from this, our stay was fine!
