Park Inn by Radisson New Delhi Lajpat Nagar

The staff at this hotel were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive. Goverdhan in housekeeping was very kind and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Close to metro station. Driver found hotel easily enough. Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent service by everyone from reception, porters through to housekeeping. Dining choices were brilliant, lots of variety and options available with the on-site restaurant. While there was some noise able to be heard from neighboring units it was on the quieter side for places we have stayed in India. The room we were assigned was large enough to have an extra single bed put in and still not feel cramped. The only minor issue i had with the hotel was a lack of water pressure and lasting heat in the shower, this is probably due to their water conservation efforts

A small suggestion would be to enhance the entrance lobby with some plants or a carpet, which would make it look more aesthetic and welcoming. A welcome drink would also have been a nice touch.
That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable throughout.

We booked for two nights for two adults and one child, room was quite clean, Managers specifically Pranav Puri and Vijay were very very helpful but their reception staff were not friendly and no clear communication with guests, one by one extra charges were being told once we checked in and already paid booking amount while check in. Then we had to intervene Pranav and Vijay and they sorted it out so please make clear communication before check in with reception staff. Location was perfect and breakfast was also very good and that staff members were very polite and helpful. Overall average experience but special mention to Pranav and Vijay who were very supportive and solution maker.

A very good hotel with super friendly staff, great housekeeping and service. Goverdhan room attendad is very good. Breakfast is great and location is good too. Great value for money! This hotel made my stay in Delhi very pleasant after i had travelled a lot and felt drained, thank you.

Charan Singh, tinku and Neel ratan were helpful, polite and proclive.. rooms were clean. Hotel staff were nice, chef was very amazing

The food for breakfast was the best here . And the people here were super nice and hospitable and caring . They were taking care of our needs especially Akbar Kareem and the guy behind the egg counter (Chamuji) . Special thanks and their kindness is unparalleled.

Charan Singh and Neel Ratan has made the stay a memorable one, very good service from these big brothers. They have all the information about the locality, no need to google.

I had a very pleasant experience at Park Inn Radisson Delhi. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. I would especially like to appreciate mr Ishrat Ali, the manager, for his polite behavior and excellent hospitality. He treated us very well and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was a memorable and amazing stay with Park Inn Hotel... Special mention to Mr Vijay and Mr Pranav who handled my group booking really well. Will be looking forward to always visit this particular property whenever coming to Delhi.

The hotel is v accommodating, located right next to Moolchand Metro Station, right in the heart of South Delhi. The rooms are clean and make you feel right at home.

Mr Navize and Mr Charan Singh were very hospitable in their housekeeping services.

Extremely courteous and well behaved staff from front desk to resturant and house keeping all of them.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this property as I have to visit for work and they have never failed to impress me each time I visited them.
Rooms are clean and well designed.
Location is perfect to get to anywhere. I choose this everytime as it's easier to get to my workplace. A metro is just across the hotel. Cabs and autorockshaw also easily available.
Atmosphere is welcoming.
All in all value for money.
Special mention for Mr. Dinesh the chef who does live cooking. Remembers preferences of every guest even when you visit months later. Serving staff is very pro active. Quality of meals served is excellent.

My go to place in Delhi whether work or family.

The stay was comfortable we stayed for few hours we felt it was like our home the staff were very helpful especially thanks to Jayati Pranav Rahul and vijay they helped us a lot in chekin

Rooms are too small, lobby stinking, lift is extremely small. No iron, No comb, no dryer in rooms. Staff polite but rejecting every request we ask, quoting manager will not allow. Overall below Average experience. Not worth 7k at all, might be good one for price range 3-4.5k

Met Jayati chakma at the reception..very polite and soft spoken..helped me alot..she helped me get a charger .. very humble
