Absolutely amazing good food nice clean rooms most amazing staff
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and my heat in my room wasnt working properly. I addressed ot and they changed my room without hesitation. Very beat place to stay always stay here because its friendly staff clean hotel

Great Experience
Pros:

The receptionist Annalie Strong was very pleasant and helpful. I needed a step stool to get into the bed as I am vertically challenged and she provided one immediately. This makes me think it is an issue more than an isolated occurrence. The breakfast bar was phenomenal.

Cons:

Would have preferred to stay there our entire visit to Buffalo, but stayed with a relative for a few days as the day before and of the Bills game the rates were over $500 a night

Great place for a stopover in both directions, highway access straightforward.

Great Value and Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was this big pit of soup and jar of cookies when we arrived - nice touch! Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

One minor suggestion - Upgrade the televisions to allow for streaming services to be added or to be able Chromecast.
