Everything
The staff was great. Breakfast was a bonus
Booked 2 rooms and would have liked them to be next to each other, but if this is all to complain about why complain. Everything was great
Place was perfect, very clean
Could not sleep the fire alarm kept going off didn't go to sleep until 1am and had to get back up @ 5am and there was only one person working that night.
The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk employees were very kind.
We checked in around midnight, and unfortunately, our first room had a terrible odor—like musty construction workers. The sheets also smelled as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned or changed. I immediately notified the front desk and even asked the staff member to smell the room herself; she agreed with my concern and promptly moved us to a king suite.
While I appreciated the quick response, the new room only had one king bed, which meant I had to share with my mother. As two adult women, we would have preferred two queen beds for comfort.
Additionally, our stay was disrupted by noise. The guest in room 331 was clearly ill, coughing, sneezing, and very loudly clearing his sinuses throughout the night. To make matters worse, the room below had their TV blaring, likely to drown out the noise from 331.
Overall, while the staff was responsive and tried to accommodate us, the cleanliness and noise issues made this stay far less comfortable than expected.
