It was everything we had hoped for and more!
Pros:

My family liked the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean. Everything was beyond what we expected. The room temperature was super cold when we arrived (we arrived late), my husband and I loved this!

Cons:

Everything was great, I really can't find anything that we didn't like. The sleeper sofa linens weren't in the room, however the staff retrieved them in a timely manner.

Had a nice stay! Can't afford the new incidentals policy. Too expensive
Cons:

I was not at all happy with the new increases on your incidental hold policy. $150 dollars is just ridiculous. This is the Holiday Inn Express, not the Ritz Carlton. Over the years I have stayed at this particular hotel several times when I was in the area. I like it because of the location, it's always clean, professional and friendly staff and a good price..but if I basically have to pay $150 on top of my hotel stay then sadly I'm going to have to find somewhere more affordable to stay when I'm in the area.
