The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The floor of my original room was covered in thousands of dead ants. I informed the front desk and they gave me a new room, but it wasn't the same type of room I had reserved/paid for.

fine but not for the price I was billed.
Pros:

Everything was fine until my card was charged $50 dollars higher then what my booking says and can't get anyone to talk to on the phone.

Cons:

being charged $50 over what my booking says and no one will take my call. The lady at the front desk had printer issues and could not print me a copy of my bill. She said she would have her supervisor send me it in my email. never got it and now over sharged.

The King Suite we booked was suddenly unavailable when we arrived and my family of 6 had to stay in 2 single rooms. People had to sleep on the dirty floor… they discounted the rooms, and the staff was kind but the whole scene was just unfortunate. My kids wanted to visit the pool so I took them and there was no “closed” sign at the door..but my key card wouldn’t open it. so I asked at the desk and she said it was just closed. The whole stay was so disappointing.

It’s hard to justify staying at a candlewood again with this experience
Pros:

Plenty of gym equipment and washer/dryer setup

Cons:

Staff got my room incorrect a number of times and even started by giving me access to a room somebody else already was living in which was very embarrassing then giving me a room that had a queen studio instead of a king bedroom

Booked room, but when I got there, they were sold out
Pros:

The staff tried to find room for my family at a sister hotel down the road.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds. Got to hotel within the hour and hotel was sold out of 2 double beds. They had to cancel my stay.

Rooms were comfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was great. The staff was excellent. They went out of their way to make it easy for us. We were all senior citizens.
