Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richfield by IHG

The location is superb. I like to start at one end of the town and explore. That hits me right on. They bake cookies! The staff is superb. They are helpful, attentive, and they work hard to make your stay pleasant. They go the distance to resolve any request - with a smile and a proactive effort. The place is very clean and comfortable.

The property was excellent, the staff extremely helpful, the stay exceeded expectations. My room was on the side of the hotel facing the interstate and I never heard a thing. The staff went above and beyond to help my party get to our restaurant for dinner. I literally don't know how my stay could have been better.

Very clean rooms & hotel in general. The breakfast was yummy and had good variety. Loved that the soaps, shampoo/cond., lotions were high quality products. Comfy beds & pillows. Loved that the AC stayed on throughout the whole night.

Pros: The room was simple yet clean with comfortable beds.
Cons: our room was very noisy as it was overlooking I70

Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff

My little family and I went to a wedding in Price and decided to go to richfield after since it was a shorter drive to richfield then going back home from price.

We stayed at a hotel and got all situated and checked in at abt 11:15/11:20pm, which i know is late but we had to go to walmart and get some food for our littles.

Tell me Why we got a noise complaint 10 minutes after arriving, Toilet paper with 💩 on it in the toilet, socks of someone else’s on the bathroom under the sink, shower was used, and our beds were not made like they should’ve been.

As an Ex? Housekeeper, i for sure know what i’m talking abt when it comes to cleaning rooms, making beds, searching for items that could’ve been left behind and ect. these were ALL in plain sight.

Also, let’s not mention that after the noise complaint, people next to us that complained were banging on walls, messing with things, being loud all night long, but we were the problem bc our 2yr old got too excited.

I just honestly found it crazy. the room was also $180 for a room that wasn’t cleaned at all. I know people check off the Rooms and i know for a fact this room would’ve been a redo room for sure before the housekeeper left.

it was a 5 hour drive, got there late, we were all exhausted and just wanted to sleep.

This was the night of 23rd

Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits & gravy were cold. We were there at 6am to eat biscuits & gravy, not sure I understand why at least the gravy couldn’t have been kept warm. Coffee had no caffeine, all 3 of us did not note any caffeine whatsoever & due to extreme highway noise I was nodding off behind the wheel until we pulled over & bought real coffee.

Staff was very friendly and to me this is gold!

Staff friendliness and breakfast were the highlights. Hotel was clean but in an odd location with too little signage for easiest access. I was surprised in the morning to find we backed up to the expressway - quiet! Sadly I did not sleep a wink that night can’t say it was anything but too heavy a set of covers and maybe too squishy a mattress pad.
