Pros:

Мне понравилось практически всё - в первую очередь, отношение персонала. Очень дружелюбные и приятные сотрудники!
Очень классный бассейн с подогревом. Очень качественные матрасы и подушки.
Очень классный душ.
Мы прогулялись пешком до торгового центра с кинотеатром. Приятный район. Вполне. Светофоры с сердечками.
Быстрое и понятное оформление фактуры.
Мы воспользовались багажной комнатой и бесплатным трансфером до другого отеля Viajero рядом с ADO, откуда потом уехали на автобусе домой в другой город.

Cons:

Завтрак одинаковый был оба дня - и очень мексиканский, но в целом, можно было найти, что поесть. Но хотелось бы больше европейской кухни.

Ahorita que esta mas tranquilo me toco una habitación muy espaciosa, las instalaciones parecen nuevas y muy limpio en general, el desayuno es excelente

Para moverse aqui puedes pedir taxi o didi pero solo puedo pedir uber por el trabajo pero eso ya esta fuera de mis manos

Pros:

Tristemente me equivoque haciendo la reservacion yo iba para playa del Carmen pero la reservación la hice para ciudad del Carmen, así que por error mío perdí el dinero que pague por una noche, motivo por el que no puedo calificar el hotel. Sin embargo es muy incomodo que yo haya seleccionado un hotel y después me haya llegado un correo indicando que el hotel cambio, eso me parece poco profesional.

Cons:

Que yo hubiera seleccionado un hotel y después me hubieran asignado otro, cuando yo pagué lo hice porque me gustaron las instalaciones, pero si me cambiaron de hotel siento que eso es un engaño.

el desayuno bueno y variado, solo que seria una mejora que lo pusieran un poco mas temprano, para que los que tenemos que salir antes, podamos disfrutar de este beneficio
