Awesome! Just awesome!
Pros:

Convenient location, phenomenal staff, quiet and comfortable, delicious breakfast and chocolate cookies in the afternoon! I also love the whiteboard at the entrance with the hand-drawn map of local restaurants done by the staff. It is very friendly, creative and extremely welcoming!

Would not recommend. Staff does not care enough about peace and quiet and times where there should be nothing but peace

Could barely sleep due to people in the lobby up partying until 1 AM. Was abruptly woken up at 6:30-7am by people doing some sort of yoga and BLASTING music in the lobby in front of the check in desk? Like wtf? I was in town for a work meeting and was barely able to sleep. Absolutely terrible. Will never return to this location again. Ever. Period.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful with the exception of one housekeeper

The fact that the pool was advertised and when we got there it was closed. That was the main reason we choose that location was because of the pool

It was OK, just not as clean as you’d hope.
Pros:

People were nice and friendly. Quick to greet you and help you with each call and request.

Cons:

Our room floor was gross. I stepped in gum on the carpet. I did call and they did come and clean it quickly. There was something spilled and sticky on the floor that I cleaned. The carpet also had stains and stuff all over it. I know they were busy with a lot of discharges, but from observation of our floor I don’t think it got cleaned from the prior person stay. Also, our hand soap was empty and thankfully I found a nice housekeeper who quickly grabbed it and filled it for me.

In the end, I appreciate the staff responding to me when I addressed the situations, I was just disappointed in the mess that we observed and experienced.

All in all we were very pleased with our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Staff were extremely nice.
