It was awesome.
Pros:

The breakfast was good but the staff was not really helpful.

Cons:

Just a little better service from the ladies at breakfast who were indifferent with the service when requesting coffee, especially on my kast day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great location, great staff.
Pros:

As we left early and breakfast was included we decided to opt for a packed breakfast which was okay and missed a few items. This was our second visit to the hotel in April. We loved the location and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We only stayed one night as we had an early morning flight. We decided to have dinner at the hotel which would've been fine however, there were two big groups eating at the same time as us, so we had to wait approx. 45 mins for our food (we had two small children with us). Our daughter had to wait a further 10/15 mins for hers. The waitress was doing her best to accommodate everyone. The card machine needs to be updated/replaced, as it does not work and the waitress immediately asked us for another card when in fact it is the machine. Not her fault.

We had a great time except for the old carpet and furnitures that needs to be replaced

The hotel and restaurant staff were welcoming. They went all out to make our stay great and comfortable. The rooms were clean and food was delicious.

Pros:

Comfy beds and clean linen. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop pool with amazing cocktails. Really nice and friendly staff.

Cons:

The Aircon was very temperamental. The shower leaks a bit and the plug in the basin doesn't work. The pool could have an umbrella or two.

Cons:

We booked for 4 people but there was only enough beds for 3. This meant my daughter had to share a bed with us. I did ask at reception but they said it would be put in later on that day but it never did. However, the rest of the room was great and the location was fantastic.
