Fine but wouldn’t return
Pros:

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for a week and wouldn’t return. It doesn’t really have a great family feel about it. The receptionists don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and I got in trouble for filling a reusable bottle of water one day at breakfast (the lady told me off and said I should do that in my bedroom!).
It is a conference centre and it definitely feels it.

One of the main issues we found was that many of the bedrooms were above the walkway where the bar and reception area are, and so all the noise travels up the way and can be loud at night. We started putting cushions at the door to try and absorb some of it. Our recommendation to the hotel would be to add some softer furnishings up higher so it captures some of that as we had about 4 nights of poorer sleep because of it.

We had a bedsheet and covers that didn’t fit the bed. We presumed this was normal (albeit strange!) until day 5 when one of the cleaners changed it to bedding that fitted. Very odd!

The bedrooms don’t have locks on it, which was a nightmare for us, as our two year old just kept opening the door and sprinting down the hall. We ended up putting a suitcase on front of the door which wasn’t very safe but at least meant there were no escapees.

The balcony looks like a prison overlooking the parking, and has a gap between the flooring and the fence- again not great from a safety perspective.

There are other Valamar hotels near by (e.g. Tirena) which we felt was more suitable for families. You can use the pool here which has great slides for younger and older children.

One of the major highlights for us was Maro world. It’s probably one of the best playrooms we’ve seen with activities for all ages. This is accessed by all the Valamar hotels but never felt too busy. Our little one loved it!

The hotel was kept clean and the grounds were lovely with all the real plants (note the fake ones in the hotel would have been nicer if it was real). Their energy use comes from renewable sources which was positive.

Food was expensive so we would recommend jumping on the bus for €2 a head to Lapad for some lovely dinners and gorgeous sunsets.

Dusche könnte besser sein, kein Druck und keine Regendusche.

Comfortable, good food, welcoming staff.
Pros:

the buffets were excellent. Great facilities between restaurants, pools, spa, game world for kids, overall the entire family enjoyed the stay. 13euro uber XL (8euro for normal) to dubrovnik city center.

Cons:

some of the facilities look a bit aged, but not in an annoying way.

Pros:

5.kat aile odasında konakladık. Konforu ve temizliği muhteşemdi. Balkon ve manzaramız çok güzeldi. Sadece denize ulaşım için 6-7 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor. Ama plaj çok güzel. Bu güzel tatil için teşekkür ederiz👍

Lovely holiday
Pros:

I like the place it's really nice location near to old town and accessible by transfo.
Facilities wise can't fault the hotel.

Cons:

Not didn't like, but if next time maybe have option of all inclusive and maybe affordable food wise.

Dunrovnikte olduça iyi bir konumda ve deniz manzarası çok güzel. Otelde temizlik gayet iyi ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Lokal otobüsler ile şehirin heryerine ulaşım kolay. Açık büfe yemekler oldukça tatmin edici

Cons:

Otelin araç park yerinin müşterilere paralı olmasını saçma buldum. Aslında Dunrovnik’te marketler dahil tüm araç park yerleri paralı. O yüzden araç kiralamak çok mantıksız. Ayrıca akşam yemeğinde masada en azından bir sürahi su olması gerekiyor. Su bir insan hakkıdır, o yüzden para ile satılmasını doğru bulmuyorum.

Schöne, Anlage mit super Küche. Für uns jedoch ein wenig zu gross. Weit vom Strand entfernt.

Cons:
