Lovely place and people
Pros:

A delightful holiday with the family. The team at Lacroma were all brilliant, especially the Momenti team, including Katarina and Tomislav. We had such a good time the children have been upset to be home !

Pros:

Otelin genel temizliği, personelin güleryüzlülüğu, kahvaltının çeşitli olması, odaların büyüklüğünün yeterli oluşu bizi memnun etti. Aynı bölgede zincir otel olması sebebiyle diğer otellerin imkanlarını da kullanabiliyorsunuz. Çocuklu aileler için Maro World çok iyi düşünülmüş. Yandaki diğer otelinde restoran ve marketlerin olması iyi. Biz hasta oldugumuzdan erken çıkmak zorunda kaldık ve personel bir gece iade konusunda bize yardımcı oldu, bu konudaki anlayışları için özellikle teşekkür ediyorum.

Cons:

Bebek arabalı aileler için biraz zorlayıcı olabiliyor, özellikle hava sıcakken bazı yerlerde merdiven kullanmak, plaja yürümek zor olabiliyor. Kompleks büyük olduğu için buggy ile transfer hizmetleri var ancak sefer sıklığını artırmaları iyi olur. Otelin içindeki restoranlar biraz pahalı, ancak çevrede daha uygun fiyatlı restoran bulabiliyorsunuz.

Bardzo fajny Hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi
Pros:

Hotel w bardzo fajnej lokalizacji - do starego miasta ok 20min autobusem który odjeżdża co 10min. Dużym plusem jest możliwość korzystania z basenów innych hoteli sieci Valamar. W ogrodzie pomiędzy Hotelami jest centrum ze sklepami oraz restauracjami w pobliżu. Bardzo fajna sala zabaw dla młodszych i starszych dzieci.

Good but needs a few improvements
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Valamar Lacroma and really enjoyed our first visit to Dubrovnik. The food buffet was excellent — we booked bed and breakfast but ended up eating at the hotel several nights because it was so good!

The location is great, around a 10-minute walk to the beach, and only a short bus or taxi ride into the Old Town. Copacabana Beach is brilliant for activities like jet skis, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Water shoes are definitely recommended as it’s quite rocky and pebbly.

There are a few areas that could do with some improvements. Our room and the sunbeds around the pool felt a little tired and could do with a refurb. We also paid extra for a balcony, but unfortunately the view was mainly other balconies. Some of the hotel photos were a little misleading too, as parts of the outdoor seating are exclusive areas that require an additional charge. Tennis also wasn’t included and cost €25 to use. Pool could be a bit cleaner as well.

On the plus side, the staff were friendly and hardworking, the food was great and we never struggled to find a sunbed.

Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return to Dubrovnik, although we’re not sure if we’d stay at Valamar Lacroma again. With a little refurbishment and some small improvements, it could be a really great hotel.

Excellent 7 days stay at Valamar Lacroma Hotel
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Good location and Hotel and Restaurant staffs were all helpful and welcoming. Jonalyn the Filipino Restaurant Staff looked after my family for 8 days excellently. Our room was always cleaned and bed linens get changed regularly . The food, services, pools, gym, entertainment and atmosphere was first class. Very enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable staying at Valamar Lacroma Hotel.
