The food at Olive and Mezino bars is quite average. Considering the prices and the level of guests the hotel attracts, the quality and flavor of the food should be better. Additionally, the rooms lacked basic amenities typically expected in hotels, such as slippers or bathroom essentials like cotton pads or cotton swabs.

Muy poca variedad de opciones en el menú de la cena
En el desayuno hay que hacer una larga cola para poder conseguir un vaso con agua. Usan una sola maquina máquina para distribuir jugos y agua, lo cual es inaudito.

We’ll be back!
Pros:

Great variety in that you could use the pools in the other sister hotels in the area. Very good layout where you never felt the hotel was full even though it was. Staff were great. Pool area really good.

Cons:

The gym was tiny for the number of people. Within 30 minutes of opening it was full. Maybe leave it open 24 hrs since it isn’t supervised. Other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel.

Очень классная большая детская зона, ребенок в восторге. Вкусные завтраки и ужины, большой выбор блюд.

Cons:

Немного разочаровало то что нам дали номер без балкона, хотя когда я бронировала номер с видом на море то картинки были с балконом и я не ожидала что у нас его не будет((
Также немного странно что на ужин совсем нет бесплатных напитков, хотя бы воды.

War ok, aber nie wieder.
Pros:

War nicht weit weg von den Strand, essen war gut, Personal sehr freundlich ( Liebe Grüße an Anteo und Mile 😎).

Cons:

Preise gehen in den Himmel, César Salat 17€, ganz normaler Burger mit Pommes und 25€, sehr lange Wartezeit von Bestellung bis das Essen zum Tisch gekommen ist (ca. 45 min.).
Zimmer nicht gründlich sauber gemacht, Gläser und Tassen nicht ausgetauscht, Sef in den Schrank haben die gesagt das Techniker kommt aber ist leider nicht passiert.
Preisleistung Katastrophe, nicht zufrieden.

The pool was lovely. We had breakfast included and it was a fantastic spread. The room itself was nice but right at the back and facing a grassy hill, for the price we paid I was a little disappointed.

Cons:

Perhaps I went in with the wrong expectations, but this hotel is part of a combined resort like area with a few other hotels. The pool was lovely, but the beaches were further away than I anticipated, and you have to pay for the beach chairs, etc. One beach is private to the hotel guests and the other 2 (about a 5-10 min walk) are open to the public.
