Holiday Inn Express & Suites Frazier Park by IHG

Came here because they had a hot tub. Hot tub hasn’t been working for quite some time. Very disappointing.

I stopped here for the night while making a trip to Fresno. This is a very nice Holiday Inn that seemed to be either new or very well kept. My room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was decent and filling, and the rate was good.

Great location with a friendly team!. Used this location to attend graduation ceremonies at UC Irvine. Great staging point.

We got in late and were greeted with a cheerful receptionist, had a great sleep, and Carla made the best breakfast!! She troubleshot the pancake machine and made my kids’ day!!

At every other Holiday Inn express we stay at, there are always at least TWO people helping in the kitchen. But poor Carla was cheerfully scrambling and hustled her tail off. She was constantly refilling food, resetting the coffee machines, the trash was overflowing because there’s only so much one person can do. And she did it all with smile! She wished us a wonderful day, as she was running back-and-forth she was keeping everyone updated on what food she was bringing out so they could go get a refill.

I think you should reconsider having only one person worked during the weekdays. From 7:30 to 8:30 AM, there were any seats open because it was so busy. I work in medicine, and I would kill to have an employee like Carla. Don’t burn her out, she deserves some help! ❤️❤️

We would stay here again in a heartbeat, thanks for a safe and comfy place to stay! Breakfast was definitely the highlight, Carla especially!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice this year, and both times the staff has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. During my first stay, I experienced some issues at check-in, but an associate was able to resolve everything quickly and professionally. I wish I had gotten his name because he truly made a stressful situation much easier.
Most recently, Ricky assisted me with several questions and requests during my stay. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. His professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
It’s rare to receive such consistently outstanding service, and I’m happy to say that both of my experiences here have been excellent. Thank you, Ricky, for going above and beyond and helping make my stay a great one!

The clerk at the desk was very helpful and pleasant, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast in the morning was plentiful even without the pancake machine working. There were places you could fill up your water easily, and drinks were available 24/7. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel...45 minutes from Burbank..Easy parking , quiet.Mexican Restaurant across the street.Stayed here then drove to Burbank for business..Saved on room, parking etc

I’ve stayed here a bunch now. Really great staff all around. In particular, Mikey is extremely helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and seems to actually care about guests. That’s refreshing. The Swedish gal who checked us in was also very nice and offered to help with our luggage on the stairs. Also, Cristina in the kitchen is a hoot. Very sweet, and makes some great breakfast. Nice to stay at a hotel with good humans working. Rooms are also very clean and the AC works. Great setup.

Christina was amazing, she opened the delicious breakfast early for us which was very necessary for starting our long day at work. I wish the jacuzzi was open though.

The hotel in a whole is excellent. They are renovating the pool gym and hot tub😔 however the peacefulness and quiet that came with the stay was worthwhile very clean and staff is awesome. I want to recognize Karla she maintains the breakfast and boy she does an excellent job!!! Yay for Karla very welcoming and great customer service

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception was very welcoming and professional, and there was a staff member named Ricky who was very kind and helpful.

The room was extremely clean and well organized, which made my stay very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and everything was fresh. The hotel is also very clean, safe, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay.

Honestly, everything was great and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This Holiday location is perfect for us, mid travel to destination.
Since the remodel definitely worth the stay, kitchen staff, kitchen, dining area and food option definitely TOP notch.

When i rate Service, I start at the bottom and work my way up.
If front line facing customer employees are happy ( here they are) it is evident first line management does their job well.
And the process continues up to top management.
So although this location struggled over the years during the remodel and upgrade ( which can and is very stressful) It has now settled into a well oiled piece of equipment, very smooth and effortless continual motion.
First want to Thank All front line customer facing employees for their tireless efforts for perfection.
And also those front line managers who keep them happy, and as we know is tough as they get issues coming at them from both ends , hourly and upper management.

Breakfast was very good especially the cinnamon rolls:) room was great too very nice and clean

Very accommodating at all times of the day. Everyone was very hospitable. Has a nice pool to relax in and breakfast. Can't ask for much more.

Out of all the NW side of I-5 this was top 10! Great breakfast options and very tasty 😋 the stage so helpful and friendly! Clean rooms and comfy beds. Not to mention easy freeway access and gas stations close. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay before hitting Los Angeles or the Grapevine.

Ricky is extremely customer service oriented and made our stay a pleasure. We are very impressed.

We enjoyed our stay at this newer hotel. The location is very convenient, right off the freeway and close to a Tesla charger which was perfect for our road trip. The property felt clean, modern, reasonable and well maintained.

A special shout out to Christina in the breakfast area for being so patient, accommodating, and wonderful with our kids and family. Her kindness really stood out and made our stay even better.

We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to families and travelers looking for an easy, comfortable stop.
