Pros:

Ráda bych pochválila personál v restauraci při večeři. Obsluha byla velmi milá, příjemná a profesionální. Večeře byla výborná a právě díky nim to byla jediná opravdu pozitivní část našeho pobytu.

Cons:

Bohužel velmi špatná zkušenost. Na pokoji nefungovala klimatizace, takže bylo v noci velké horko a skoro jsem se nevyspala. Ve sprše byly vlasy, takže pokoj evidentně nebyl dobře uklizený. Snídaně byla také velmi slabá. Nejhorší ale byl přístup personálu – na recepci při odjezdu.Takový přístup u hotelu této úrovně opravdu nečekáte. Příště už bych si tento hotel rozhodně nevybrala.

Pri objednávaní nám hotel neoznámil, že wellness je uzatvorený. Sklamal naše očakávanie, to bol jediný dôvod prečo sme sa tu ubytovali.

Za cenu, ktorú sme platili, by som čakala fungujúci wellness a v izbe pitnú vodu.
Cons:

Hotel sme si bookovali hlavne kvôli wellnessu, ktorý sme chceli navštíviť a pri otázke, do kedy je wellness otvorený nám pani na recepcii povedala, že dnes je zavorený. To si myslím, že je veľmi podstatná informácia pri výbere hotela, že reklamované vybavenie vôbec nie je k dispozícii. Rovnako nás prekvapilo, že v izbách nebola fľaša pitnej vody, čo je dnes už bežný štandard.

Ліжко зручне.Номер чудовий і чистий, все відповідало очікуванням. Зручна душова з туалетом, в готелі був чайник з двома пакетиками чаю і кава. Вода за додаткову плату.

Коли виходиш до ліфта, чути що відбувається в номері дуже добре.
