Pros:

We booked this hotel very last minute for one night as there were issues with our original accommodation, so we didn’t do much research but were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the room was, it was quite spacious and had a sofa which is not common. Staff was very kind. Great location close to Shinjuku station.

Great option for a reasonable price
Pros:

Great hotel at a great location, not in the heart of Shinjuku, but still a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and about 7 minutes walk to a metro station. The room was very functional with a great bed, nice kitchenette and a good shower (a bit small compared to a classic Japanese shower, but still quite spacious). The baby bed was also very good, and having a separate space to sit while the baby was asleep was really nice.

Cons:

Not the most central location and the design was pretty basic, but honestly for that price and size of a room we couldn't care less

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
The bed was so comfortable! I rarely get a good night's sleep but I did at Citadines Shinjuku.
The staff were super helpful.
I appreciated having the smoking area in the car park, the free coffee etc
Just 5 mins walk to the nearest underground station, close to a beautiful park and central Shinkuku. The surrounding streets had a village feel with nice restaurants etc

Cons:

Nothing. All was great.

Would stay again. Would recommend to friends. Excellent location.
Pros:

Location, we wanted to stay in Shinjuku, but not in the city centre. Citadines Shinjuku was close to two, metro stations, and a 20 minute easy walk to the central station.
Great local restaurants close to hotel.

Cons:

Some rooms faced other hotels walls, therefore rooms dark with no view.
