Pros:

Great value for money, very kind and useful staff.

Cons:

The bath and toilet are in one room, and are very close together.
The breakfast was ok, but it had little variety for us, considering the amount of days we spent.

We always stay at the Citadines when we’re in Shinjuku. We love the location which is nice and quiet, but only a short 5-10 minute stroll to the hustle and bustle.

The Shinjuku gyoemmae station connecting you to the marunouchi line is an easy 5-minute walk.

There’s a 7-ELEVEN a couple of doors down.

The customer service is friendly, professional and helpful.

The rooms are great. Well-equipped, spacious, clean. There’s a good laundry on the ground floor.

Pretty decent complimentary coffee machine on ground floor.

Fantastic
Pros:

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the subway and convenience stores. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, with Maria Goretti and Polcheira at the front desk available at any hour. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and water.
The housekeeping service was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and there was zero noise. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage with them and pick it up at the end of the day.
When I return, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team!

Cons:

Un hôtel fonctionnel à Shinjuku, avec des lits confortables et des chambres très propres.
Pros:

Les chambres sont très propres, et la literie très confortable. Le personnel a accepté de garder nos bagages tout l'après-midi de notre départ, et nous avons pu nous changer dans les toilettes spacieuses du rez-de-chaussée avant de partir.

Cons:

Les fenêtres de deux chambres sur les trois que nous avions réservées donnaient sur un mur, donc très sombres.
