Pros:

Kitchenette in room, comfortable bed, quiet, good cleaning. The staff was very helpful!

Cons:

A little far from Shinjuku station until we discovered the closer neighborhood smaller station. The heat system blew right at the bed, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom was fine, but a little dated.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Shinjuku (arrêt de bus en bas de l’hôtel et métro Shinjuku Gyoemmae à 10 min à pied).
Propreté impeccable, et très bon lit bébé.

Cons:

Espace limite pour 2 adultes et 1 bébé, ainsi que l’état un peu vieillissant.

Comfortable but with drawbacks
Pros:

The staff were excellent as was the location. It is quiet and a little bit away from the tourist area. The room is clean and the size is OK by Japanese standards.

Cons:

I enjoy the gym when I travel and the gym is tiny! Really only big enough for two people and the equipment isn’t great. The bathroom is very small and if you are over 6 foot you will be challenged.

Great hotel , fantastic staff and would be very happy to return !
Pros:

The good position from the centre of Shinjuku meant rooms were slightly bigger than normal. The facilities were excellent and very clean . The single beds were a great size and very comfortable!! The staff were very friendly and super helpful at all hours . Being able to do laundry was fantastic. We were able to log into our own streaming accounts to watch in the room whilst relaxing from the thousands of steps achieved each day !
Hotel coffee was fantastic!
Buffet breakfast was good selection .

Cons:

Breakfast was probably a bit expensive for the selection is the only very small point .

Great 1st in Japan. Friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The Citadines hotel was a great location, with rooms larger than the average size for Tokyo. It made a great 1st stop in Japan.

Cons:

The range of facilities was limited.
It would have been great to have an on site restaurant and bar. However, there are many places in walking distance.

Central mas sossegado. Alojamento prático e conveniente!
Pros:

A localização: centro de Shinjuko mas apenas 15min a pé da confusão, sempre em frente pela avenida principal. Bem prático. 7 Eleven mesmo ao lado, excelente para snacks e bebidas! Também gostei da cozinha muito bem equipada. A cama era confortável. O serviço de transporte de bagagens para o hotel seguinte funcionou muito bem, e o preço é bastante razoável - super conveniente.

Cons:

Não tenho nada negativo a apontar.
