Was ok, I felt it was not close enough to anything, and in the heat and being older, I was not happy
Pros:

Most of the staff were very nice.
The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Bathroom very outdated and bath tub too high to get into easily. No help in taking your luggage up to room and having to specifically request some help in getting it back down on departure

תמורה מצויינת למחיר. חנות נוחות ממש בכניסה למלון. היה אחלה והצוות היה אדיב

אהבתי את המכונת קפה בלובי שהיה מעולה ונוחה. אהבתי שעזרו לנו עם צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ללא תוספת תשלום מכיוון שלא הרגשתי טוב. (גם עזרו במציאת טיפול רפואי והתניידות). המיטה נוחה והחדר בנוי בצורה פונקציונלית ומאובזר היטב.

Cons:

המיקום שלו די רחוק מהמרכז כ10-15 דקות הליכה ולפעמים זה היה מתיש ללכת ולחזור. כ7 דקות הליכה מתחנת המטרו הקרובה..

A lovely hotel within walking distance of Shinjuku
Pros:

It was in a good location from the centre and quiet too. The rooms were spacious which is hard to find in Tokyo.

Cons:

Breakfast finished too early especially for our teens who wanted to lie in. They allowed us 3 days of boxes to take to them then wrote saying it was against their policy. Staff miscommunication.
