The lady at the front was nice but when we come to check back in the housekeeper said that we had stains on the towels which was a lie so we've been renting from here saying here a long time off and on and we were even considering moving here but not now because we've been lied on so now we can't let stay here until it's going to pay $100 deposit but yet nobody ever come in our rooms no housekeepers never coming in our rooms I didn't even get my deposit back because they didn't can't take pictures can't tell me nothing can't tell me what was on the towels but we can't stay here
That I got lied on by staff by housekeepers that didn't never come in the room
Bed was comfortable
Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and were told that our rooms were not going to be ready for another 3 hours. The towels were stained and dirty.

Hotel is falling apart. Shower was in terrible condition. Fitness equipment didn’t work The two treadmills looked like they found them in some trash bin. I used to like staying in this chain, but no more.

It was quiet and out of the way.
The night desk person gave us keys to a room that already had an occupant because he was distracted with an issue with occupant. Both the occupant and myself had to walk back down to the desk to get the room situation sorted out.
The staff was extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast had flavor which rarely happens. 10/10

The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
The pool was green and wasn’t filtering. Everything was very tired looking. The fitness room was not usable. The treadmills were shredded.
The room was spacious, check in was easy, free breakfast, and great location with easy highway access and restaurants
Although the rooms were spacious and clean, the property is outdated.
This was the last time I will ever stay there. The first time around, everything was fine. This time, however, the front desk clerk—a young woman named Alma—behaved very poorly. I asked for a late checkout, but she told me, "No, that’s not possible, because there’s no one available to clean the room." Consequently, I had to pay for an entire extra night just to stay one additional hour, as she was essentially rushing me out of the hotel. I went downstairs, and the coffee was nothing but water; when I mentioned this to her, she insisted, "That *is* coffee." I replied, "That coffee is just water; it’s not strong at all." Both she and the housekeeping staff displayed a very bad attitude—and this is despite the fact that I am a "Choice" member. There are definitely better hotels in the area where one can stay. I would not stay there again.
Esta fue la última vez que estuve hospedada ahí . La primera vez todo bien. Este ves la chica de fronk desk que se llama alma se portó muy mal . Pedía late checking out . Y me dice no no se puede porque no hay quien limpie el cuarto . Así que tuve que sacar otra noche por una hora más que me quede porque me está ya corriendo del hotel . Baje y el café era solo agua le comenté y me dice es café y le dije ese café es agua no está fuerte . Muy mala actitud y de las housekeeping. Y eso que soy miembro de chose . Definitivamente hay mejores hoteles alrededor donde una puede quedarse . No volvería a quedarme ahí .
Beds were comfy and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good.
Hotel needs some cosmetic improvements. Seems to be an older hotel but all in all it was a good place for our needs. I called and confirmed pool would be open then got there and found the pool was closed after i confirmed it would be open so i wasnt happy about that; however, the staff did work hard to get it opened the next day but it was never what id call "clean".
