Overall it was a good stay
Cons:

The room is carpet considering the rooms are pet friendly. Never know if animals are truly house broken.

I'll never book them again
Pros:

The night staff guy was truly rude difficult and needs to be fired! Very dirty uniform sweaty and argumentative. It gave drug head. Frm Dallas Texas this was not a great stay.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Room dirty. Room smells mildew. The toilet was not been upgraded porcelain starting way away. Lights didn’t worked tv was not hooked up. Just sitting there the pool was green. Breakfast was bad.

Cheapest price means beware of the service and area
Pros:

The price was cheaper than most in the area but I see now why it was cheaper.

Cons:

At night the place turns into the twilight zone with homeless and drug addicts all around the property. Many of them asking for a cigarette, to use your phone, or to give them a ride. Front desk said they didn't have extra pillows and would give attitude if you wanted new towels. The coffee by the front desk doesn't stay fresh. Pool was dirty and super high in chlorine, whoever manages the pool chemicals doesn't know what they are doing. Toilet seat in the room had burn marks on it for some reason. Price was cheaper than most in the area and I definitely see why now.

When staying in Knoxville.... DON'T !!! 5 star liquor store near by.
Cons:

Hotel in overall poor condition. Duvet on bed had dog paw prints on it. Thought about asking for new linen, however, was afraid the replacement linen would be worse
