Awful; will not EVER go back.
Pros:

Close to the location of concert.

Cons:

Cockroach and dirty towels and sheets.
Front desk people didn’t seem to care. NEVER heard from general manager.

The sheets were dirty, there was no hot water, the room smelled bad, check in staff were not professional, breakfast drink machine was out of order & food selection was awful.

It was an okay place to stay. I would probably stay again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. A lot of extra room in the room we were in. The fridge and microwave worked as they should. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was good a lot of places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There was a bad smell when we arrived. Like someone was deep frying fish or something. The hot water was not hot it was lukewarm. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but it did work.

That we was on 1st floor.

Cons:

That they charged my card then turned and charged a second card. So I paid 139.09 with one card but then asked for another card so then they charged another card for the stay. So 240 for one nite a dirty pool

Decent stay for the price but a mold problem somewhere.
Pros:

Nice breakfast and staff very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a bad smell. Combination of moldy smell and pot smell.

Avoid this hotel if you can!
Pros:

The location was very easy to get to.

Cons:

The property is very run down and not kept up. I had to call the hotel after making my reservations with Booking.com because they couldn’t confirm it through Booking.com. The owner is not putting money into the property to keep it up to standard…one of the elevators was not working, ice machine on our floor was listed on the signage but not there. The breakfast juice machine was out of order as well as the laundry favorites. Very dirty property.

May be inexpensive but not clean.
Pros:

I picked this place bc the it was cost effective and they had a room large enough to accommodate my family.

Cons:

Upon arrival, things were okay. When we got to the room it reaked of cigarette smoke. When I went to the bathroom, the floor had water around the base of the toilet. A maintenance man came to look at it and all he did was wipe up the water. I explained when I flushed it prior to his arrival, more water came out.
I then went down to see if we could switch rooms and was informed there was no other rooms. I explained the other hotels in the area were more and that was why I had chosen this place.
