Pros:

The staff was absolutely friendly over the top helpful. The rooms were so much better than I expected. Everything was great. They thought of things that I never would have thought they would. They had extras and the airport shuttle being there 24 hours was a lifesaver and they even gave us a lift once somewhere else when we needed it. The concierge was something I had never had and that was wonderful. They were helpful with everything we needed to know there. They held our bags when we first got there so that we could walk around until time to check in. I really just can't find anything bad to say. There was just so much good at that place. One of the best places I've ever stayed at.

Cons:

Really not much of anything. It was very noisy at night but that wasn't their fault. They even gave us some ear plugs for that reason. If anything I think it would have been great to have had a little bit bigger pool and hot tub maybe but that's just ideas. And a microwave in the room would have been great but they did have one downstairs. That's really the only suggestions I can think of.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, but know that you will hear the outside traffic

Lorena was an amazing and gracious host! Helped our team tremendously to prepare for our competition. Truly went above and beyond!

An amazing hotel with awesome staff!
Pros:

It was an awesome hotel and the staff was so friendly and kind, came here on a business trip with a couple other girls and we all loved it and had a great time at the hotel!!! Lorena and Linda are the sweetest women ever!! They always greeted us and never failed to make us feel welcomed, they definitely were the main reason for our trip being so enjoyable! Such sweet ladies, thank you so much for all that you do!

AMAZING!
Pros:

For such a busy hotel, it is well kept, CLEAN and has Modern rooms and modern spaces!! The ladies in the morning Linda & Lorena are the sweetest most wonderful women that I have ever met in a hotel! They both show kindness and compassion for all guests! It is the most perfect way to start your morning off right by being greeted by those friendly faces!

Pros:

The location is good and close to a lot of good restaurants

Cons:

The property on the inside is dirty and the beds are hard as rocks. Had a run in with a homeless woman in the parking lot carrying a sledge hammer and swinging it around. I have stayed at this property many times and it is definitely going down hill.

You need to stay here
Pros:

We had a great experience here. Three people that I must recognize for their excellence are Rachel, Lorena, and Christian. When people are traveling, it’s good to run into people who love other people and treat them the way they would want to be treated. These three are exemplary in their service and need to be commended.
