Don't stay here if you are sensitive to noises.

The beds were okay.

Cons:

Very loud, old heavy wooden doors that smack loudly when closing, all the time on the floors until late in the night. It's really a big problem.

Very dirty, used up bathroom.

Poorly equipped, very old rooms.

Mold in the fridge....

Pros:

Location, mrt station was relatively close.

Cons:

This hotel needs instant renovation, looks like last time was 15 years ago. Room smells of chlorine.

I rented triple room with 3 beds, when we arrived I heard that third bed is available upon availability (and its rented out long term, but it was available at booking.com with no extra information). Because we arrived at night I had to rent foldable bed for 20€ extra, that took the price higher so I wish I had rented another hotel rooms.
Walls are thin so we heard next room people very well, which made it hard to sleep. Sheets were clean.
Swimming pool was good, though the water was freezing and around the pool walls are dirty.

What we liked was the luggage hold, they were flexible with timing also. Administrators were helpful and friendly.

Worth the stay. Great staff and location
Pros:

Loved the location! Easy to find halal food just next to the hotel.

Cons:

The a/c in our room was suddenly noisy at 3 30 and woke us up... they did sent help but had to reduce the coolness of the room.

The bathtub looks old and stained. Lining cord for drying clothes is unusable for both rooms we rented.

Praktisches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Großes sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und Kühlschrank. Swimmingpool ums Eck. Klasse und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Lage am Schnittpunkt zweier Metros und nah am Flughafen.

Cons:

Duschkopf nicht abnehmbar und zu tief. Eher dunkel im Zimmer. Deswegen nicht so gemütlich

Exceptional value for money, big rooms with extra of sofa beds
Pros:

I really appteciate appreciate Joseph for his exceptional support while leaving property. He helped me to book a taxi. I was looking for taxi but couldnt get any. Joseph proactively helped me. My kids were so happy getting colour paper and pencils from Joseph.

Nicole was also nice person, I spoke to him even prior booking over phone from Australia.

All Reception team member were nice and very helpful.
