Roof top hot tubes were lovely & the staff were super nice. Room was very clean
Beds weren't super comfy, asked for a quiet room but had scaffold outside my window so was a little noisy by workers which also meant I was not able to keep my blind open which was a shame. Also no microwave to heat food up either.
I'm sure there would be no issues once renovations have finished. :)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the friendly and helpful staff. The service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Sadie was an amazing front desk representative. The hotel was well-maintained, and me ane my friends truly enjoyed our experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

Shower/bathroom amazing! Hot tubs on rooftop nice. Water temp could be warmer and tub not as deep as I'd like. Disappointed about noise above, below and in the hallway! No soundproofing at all. Very disappointed with this. Didn't get a good sleep. Comfy bed and pillows.
