Everything went really well. We travelled with two dogs so had a ground floor room . Very comfortable and easy check in.
Got take out dinner at Piccini restaurant. Pizza was ok. But the spoaghettin was inedible. Also the caesar salad wwas just some lettuce and a dressing. Expected much better.
My stay was terrible first night was heavy cigarette smoke smell that disturbed my concentration for writing and sleep
Then the rest of the weekend was very unpleasant with all the kids running up and down the hallways playing hockey and being very loud and banging on doors and running away I’m very sorry but I won’t be staying there again
I even left Saturday after lunch as I couldn’t handle how loud it was and I couldn’t focus on my meditation and writing overall not a great way to spend an extended weekend of relax and rejuvenating
Adeem at the front desk was very very helpful.
We had some issues with our booking and he straightened it out.
I would recommend Acclaim Hotel on Freeport Blvd NE Calgary because Adeem went above and beyond.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfy, everything felt clean, and it was super easy to settle in. The gym had everything I needed for a quick workout, and the hot tub was such a nice bonus — super relaxing after a long day.
Staff were friendly, check‑in was quick, and overall the vibe was great. Would definitely come back.
