SAme as my comment for the next week I was there.
Our room was spacious.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff was helpful & friendly.
It said there was a indoor pool & hot tub but the hot tub was covered up, my GRANDchildren were disappointed
It was great ! Breakfast, location, staff, and beds were all very good.
Not enough beds for my family of 5.
Great!
Nothing
That it was clean and comfy
That they lied about helping me get back my two articles of clothing left in the closet, they sounded very friendly, determined and helpful to get my stuff returned but they never returned my clothing
Breakfast excellent
Beds only have a side table between them so the person on the outside has nowhere to put anything. Only one chair to sit in
Easy on and off the highway
Places to eat nearby
Nothing
Everyone was friendly and the hotel amenities were clean. I am going to make it my hotel for all my trips to Brunswick.
We stayed in a king suite. The bathroom really needs updating. Attached are pictures. Mildew. Rust. Our experience has been that most Hampton Inns are not well maintained. May need to start using Marriott properties.
Breakfast hours here are 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM but here were no forks available at 8:00 AM. We, as well as several other guests, were told, “I’m sorry. We’re out of forks”. Most people replied, “You’re kidding,” while others just shook their heads and continued to search through the cutlery containers.
Earlier, there was no coffee available in the breakfast area; however, there was some coffee out in the lobby where people were now going to get their cups filled. I decided to go to the front desk to ask questions. There was a young lady at the desk when I asked to speak to the Manager. She told me she was one of the managers so I asked why there were no forks available at 8:00 AM.
She said, “I’m sorry, our truck doesn’t come until tomorrow morning.” I replied, “So you won’t have forks available all day and all night. Do you really think that’s acceptable? Don’t you think someone should go out and buy some until the truck does arrive? ”She responded with, “There are spoons back there." I then asked, “How do you expect people to eat waffles dripping with syrup with a spoon?” She said, “Hold on.” Then she went into a closed door and disappeared.
I went back to my table and ate a bagel, waiting for the coffee to be refilled, and she approached me, now very sweetly, saying, “She’s going to get some.” At this point another woman, one I assume was the manager, came out of the closed door at the front desk with purse in hand and checked the coffee station, spoke to the women in the kitchen, and then went out the front door.
When we first stayed at a Hampton Inn there were actual scrambled eggs – not the disgusting quasi-egg omelets. They seem to have peppers inside as well and some have cheese – not everyone can eat peppers nor does everyone want cheese in their eggs. The muffin and scone choices are pre-frozen, while the “fresh fruit” – bananas – are overripe and spotted. So good-bye Hilton! Not worth the price1
Bath rooms were a little outdated. A room for two had one chair
and one place for one luggage bag.
Location, staff, comfort were all excellent. Highly recommended this hotel
Location off freeway
Allow dogs
Can’t think of a thing
