Hôtel très agréable bien placé au personnel accueillant
Pros:

En plein cœur du vieux La Rochelle un Havre de paix avec des recoins. Climatisé pour les jours chauds. Deco sympa pas surchargée. Personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Piscine pas profonde : 1 m.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was nicely decorated. I liked the way there was a door between the bathroom / wardobe area and the bedroom itself. The staff were nice. The pool was good - in demand at times but luckily it was normally quiet people. The location was nice. I thought it might be a bit out of the centre ville but there are lots of restaurants just down the street all the way down to the old port. Overall it was comfortable and I stayed an extra night.

Cons:

The refillable shampoo and soap just looked a bit messy and I've heard biofilm builds up and it's not that hygienic to use them in general. I think the cocktails were expensive for what they were.

Fabulous - would stay there again.

Pros:

Beau bâtiment, l’emplacement en centre-ville et proche du port, l’excellent petit déjeuner et le personnel très professionnel avec une mention spéciale pour le voiturier qui est venu nous récupérer à la borne !

Cons:

L’absence de plan et d’indication avant notre arrivée chaotique jusqu’à l’hôtel ! Chambre petite et absence d’un adaptable dans la salle de bain nous obligeant à poser à même le sol nos trousses de toilette.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, just beautiful and the perfect start to our French road trip

From the moment we arrived and our car was valet parked for us we felt genuine amazing hospitality from every member of their team, nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and the whole ambiance of the hotel is a bougie beautifully relaxing vibe. Beautifully styled, gorgeous room and wonderful pool area
