Would stay again as I feel the two things mentioned could be rectified.
Pros:

Beautiful setting and room was good size as was the bed. We had our dog (cockapoo) and they were very good storing his raw food. Service was excellent.

Cons:

The room didn’t smell very nice and the lift wasn’t working. Bit annoying as we were on the 2nd floor

It was nice but did not feel like the service and quality of a 5* hotel unfortunately

Cons:

My room had been ‘upgraded’ to a junior suite which was much bigger but I didn’t need lots more space and a spare bed, and it was a very dark room with small windows, not the light bright room of the photos. They had not refilled the mini bar or tea and coffee from the last guests which was annoying (but they did give me a coffee to make up for it). There was a guest playing piano in the lobby so loudly I had to sit outside. Then when I went in the spa there were no clean cups so I couldn’t have water or tea; it felt like no one has had checked the condition for quite a while.

Cons:

The room in my
Opinion was nice , but not 5 star quality! No iron and the hair dryer was so bad ! Bottles in bathroom ie shampoo, body wash and conditioner only half full
