Pros:

Accueil, hammam (odeur délicieuse), emplacement, décoration soignée et avec beaucoup de goût, et le gout du détail (par exemple linscription du code wifi sur un joli carton), enfin évidemment le surclassement...

Cons:

S'il faut vraiment trouver quelque chose : le lait pour le corps (pénètre mal), horaires d'ouverture fermeture du spa encore plus larges.

Really well located and curated hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly situated, and every part of La Rochelle centre was accessible by foot. We found it very quiet at night time. The bar itself is very nice and the staff are excellent. A highlight for us was the spa area, which was freelt accessible for guests throughout the stay. The steam and sauna is really well maintained. Unfortunately the pool was not heated in the winter so we couldn't test that out. The rooms are so spacious and well curated! We will absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing really. There is parking on site but it is very expensive, however this did not bother us and we understand why as there are many parking options nearby and the car park is very small. We chose to park 3 minutes away in an underground car park.

Deuxième séjour en quelques jours, nous avons été encore plus satisfaits que la fois précédente : chambre superbe, personnel de réception de haut niveau

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas au niveau du reste: pas de croissants, on nous a ramené des croissants qui sortaient du four mais pas assez cuits, des crêpes froides qu’il faut demander à faire réchauffer systématiquement

Belle expérience?
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé avec beaucoup de charme. Accueil et attention du personnel très appréciés. Le jardin est très agréable et cosi même si la température n'a pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est "haut de gamme" avec beaucoup de choix et des produits originaux et de qualité.

Cons:

La première chambre affectée avait des sanitaires et une salle de bain vieillotte et en mauvais état, mais en faisant part de ce point le personnel a rapidement réagi pour trouver une solution de remplacement.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel de charme en plein cœur de la Rochelle
Pros:

Tout était parfait : hôtel au calme dans le meilleur quartier de la Rochelle, vue sur la piscine et le jardin, personnel au petit soin (un grand merci à Léonce pour la réservation d'un très bon restaurant dans le quartier, "Le Bistro des Bonnes Femmes"), décoration soignée et de très bon goût, petit déjeuner au top. Une seule envie : revenir!
