Pros:

La suite nous avons été surclassés. Le personnel, le service et le délicieux petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le manque de respect de certains clients, trop bruyants et mal élevés… l’hôtel pourrait être plus ferme et leur expliquer qu’il convient de se tenir convenablement dans ce type d’établissement.

L’emplacement en plein centre de La Rochelle. Le parking. Le personnel attentionné.

La piscine qui tient plus de la pataugeoire.
Les odeurs d’égouts qui sortent des canalisations de la salle de bain.
Les rideaux décrochés durant tout le séjour,

A lovely family stay.
Pros:

A nice quiet location on a pretty street near bars and shops. Conveniently located near two supermarkets. Good and plentiful breakfast and bike hire available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Just a few suggestions (not criticisms)… more hooks in bathrooms to hang up towels and robes and information pack in room or on check in about things to do in La Rochelle and a map. Pool area is small but a few more sun-loungers if possible would be good and staff popping out to take drink orders.
