Terrific boutique hotel.
Pros:

Terrific location! Enjoy the quiet Ferradura Beach, and you can just stay in the hotel enjoying the two pools and the various spots at the place. Great service, and breakfasts are wonderful.

Equipe muito bem treinada.
Comida e café da manhã muito bons.
Quarto muito velho, mesmo sendo bucólico e com banheira na varanda tem muito cheiro de mofo e o banheiro tem um cheiro de esgoto que o exaustor é o ar condicionado resolvem ao ficarem ligados 24h.
Produto incrível mas manutenção muito ruim.
No check in tinha xixi no meu banheiro.
Fico em tantos hotéis que os erros e problemas mesmo nos 5 estrelas se repetem.
Ter uma equipe resolutiva deve ser muito difícil. Minha opinião aqui é construtiva e no geral minha estadia foi 4 de 5. O sorriso do pessoal da recepção, José no café da manhã com Monique e Thiago e Carlos no Jantar fazem qq destes problemas da limpeza e manutenção ficarem muito pequenos. Parabéns ao hotel.

Our stay at Insólito was nothing short of spectacular! The pictures simply don't do justice to the beauty and vibe of this hotel. The stunning overview of Ferradura Beach, the lush gardens, the exquisite decor, and the perfect pool all contribute to an unforgettable experience.
The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had. The service was just as impressive, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A special shoutout to Raisa at the bar and restaurant, who was fantastic!
An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a very chill beach club with live music right in front of the beach, which hotel guests can access for free. Staying at Insólito was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Búzios, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay.

Foi incrível desde a recepção, sendo que as funcionárias Vitória e Daniela nos proporcionaram um excelente atendimento e serviços de alta qualidade. Tivemos até alguns mimos únicos. O apartamento é sensacional, em frente à praia da ferradura, o restaurante tem uma chef top também, e o café da manhã sensacional. Uma das melhores experiências que já vivemos. Excepcional hotel! Too notch facilities, location and staff. Very well impressed. One comment. There is a dish in menu “Ancho defumado” that definitely needs to be taken out of their great menu. This one, although meat is of good quality, lacks taste, harmonization so not satisfied at all. I voiced this to hotel staff and really hope they take out of the menu. I do want and will be back the hotel that is 5 star. My feedback is indeed as an opportunity for improvement

Bom mas precisa melhorar em alguns pontos

O hotel como um todo é bem localizado e o atendimento da equipe é bom, no entanto, a claridade do nosso quarto era muito grande, o blackout era de pessima qualidade. Outro ponto que nos incomodou foi a presença de pets dentro da parte fechada do restaurante.
