Bed linens were nice, TV was great.
I'm shocked that Hampton Inn allows this level of neglect to be a part of their chain. This property is run down and is showing its age. Cracked furniture, ripped wallpaper, dampness in the room, filthy carpet, chipped bathtub, my fridge froze everything I put in it, my clothes felt damp when I put them on. I would not stay here again.

Close to where we had our event. Clean and nice employees.
My bathtub stopper did not work and I had a small child that I needed to give a bath instead of a shower.

The chair at the desk in our room was dirty, and I noticed the bench seating in the breakfast area was also dirty stained .It would have been nice to take a dip in the pool ,maybe next time.Thank you
Our room had a broken shower head thay would not stay in place. The AC unit was so LOUD at night, we hsd to turn it off to be able to sleep. It was 85 degrees at night which made for an uncomfortable and hot night.
The room #219 has a broken shower head and the AC unit sounds like an old car constantly reving its engine.

The staff was exceptional. Rhonda and Marcia assisted us in ways that we didn’t even think about before hand. My 96 yo mother was with us and when I called to ask to extend our stay Rhonda suggested a toilet riser and shower chair. These were exactly what we needed to add comfort to our stay. The maid was courteous as well.
Not a thing.
Booked due to the location had an indoor pool. We had kids on the trip and the plan was to spend the afternoon swimming eve. If it rained. Pool listed on booking.com. showed up and was informed no pool. It had been shut down for awhile. Made for a long afternoon with some unhappy kids.
The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was satisfactory and coffee was was good. Hotel property appears to be very secure and well lit.
This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in!
The plumbing, no cold water at the lavatory only hot, faucet was to short for sink and loose, shower drained slowly.
They need a plumbing remodel!
Exterior was well kept and the entrance was very nice. Close to Food lion which is convenient.
The rooms were outdated and honestly pretty nasty. There were stains on the carpet, broken shower tiles, lamps did not work and several other maintenance issues throughout the room.
The biggest disappointment was the pool situation. We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised having a pool for the kids. When we arrived, we were told they no longer had one. The kids were devastated since that was the main reason we chose this hotel.
When we asked if there could be any kind of discount or accommodation since the hotel was falsely advertised, we were simply told no. We didn’t even receive an apology. Overall, very disappointing experience.
The locations was around everything yet secluded, which was nice for parking and silence. It was easy to navigate too! Everyone was so nice!
This has nothing to do with the Hampton inn but we did have a a little disturbance when a family with kids got to the room two doors down. The children were running up and down the hall at 2am.
